Come on, don't be so hard on Sasuke... In that period of life you go through a rapid emotional growth and may find it hard to cope with your changing body and raging hormones so it's only natural that he feels growing sexual frustration from working with a hyper but charming young lad like Naruto when he himself has tried to stay away from human contact due to the tragedy that he has been in.

As evidenced by the "water" carrier he simply needed to clear his head and get rid of some of the frustration... Plus, it would be kind of hot for him to watch how Naruto gulped down the load mixed with water. "Hey, sorry man, must have been something in the stream!"

You know, maybe it would've been more fitting if people related Naruto to Orochimaru (after all, Naruto does seem to think being a ninja means knowing the most techniques) and Sasuke to Jiraiya for their perverted ways?
