Though I found the series quirky and entertaining, there were some threads that I felt were never fully explained or just plain unused.

Ah. This series pulls out new Deus Ex Machinas as a magician pulls rabbits out of hats.

With the various groups doing this, it appears kinda popular. I checked up on the title because I saw StrikeS did 1-12 but only 4-12 is listed listed here: http://animesuki.com/series.php/1342.html

Is there a way to add that? Furthermore, are there any plans to create batch torrents?

ii did single releases for 10-14, 2 versions from 15-26
gleam 2 versions 20-26
Anime-Share 2 versions 1-10
Yesy 1 version 1-7.

Certainly a confusing menagery to choose from. About the only guideline I can see at the moment is ii has a monopoly on 13-19, so if for less complexity one stuck with them it leaves the dilemma of who for the first 9. Even so, none seem to be outright cooperating, and there's no telling if some plan to keep going to complete...

You might want to see the end first. Spoiler for rants: For instance. What was the deal with the note inside of Enigma? I mean the place burnt down before we even got to see what was on it? And what about the dream sequences inside enigma? I was sure it would play a major roll but they didn't led to anything except loose interpretations. There were also a hint that all colonies were using box-humans to... something... but that might be me reading to much into it. Maybe they were just hinting that Leopard wasn't as innocent as he seemed. Also the poor (depending how you look at it) people inside the boxes never got out. Were they the one abducted from earth as well in there, and if so what about Isukis parents? Just a loose end. A ghost in the library for no apparent reason. A collaboration with aliens! that turn into nothing more than handy clothes items. And what is Honoka anyway? And the NAVIs? A genetic tool for navigation/friendship? Ah.
