Even though the culprit was obvious, this would have still been a nice episode if not for that bowling dude. Felt like he came out of a comedy show, totally killed the mood.

Bela is pretty good at acting like a human. She even clearly has human emotions already.

Ep.2 puts me into a deep conflict with myself.
On one hand, I am liking this new Bela already, such an adorable and sincere girl.
But on the other hand, I still can't quite stomach the fact that Lady Bela got redesigned into a JK...

So her default form is human, right?

What exactly was the random bowling dude supposed to be? A human? An "enhanced" human? A yokai?

I've never seen the original, so I've got nothing to compare to, but I like Bela. She reminds me of the current Neko-Musume, in a vague sort of way.

The enemy was also ridiculous this week. Ninjas are fine, though borderline given the setting, but a ninja who keeps saying "nin" is too much.

The misunderstanding at the end was annoying too.

You know, I probably would enjoy this series a little more, if it wouldn’t air at the same day as GeGeGe no Kitaro. It just ends up a competition that Bem can’t handle.

Well it was a typical misunderstanding with how he found belo, but if he believe in him not being bad he shouldn’t have jump to conclusion like that and more when he saved his father and the other guy before.
