Looking for Romance anime of Two Types

1- childhood friend end up geting the guy

2 - the tomboy end up geting the guy

and if the tomboy is the childhood friend that is Better and better

Cross Game for both... kinda. Romance is not the main theme.

Green Green for second type, especially if you watch extra episode. But extra episode contains hentai so yeh... You can skip those parts.

It is pretty good though I personally started to enjoy series more in second half when a specific character got introduced.

And duno, every time someone suggests Cross Game they always say that series deal with death so I don't see a need to spoiler tag that. After all the name and origin of the character that died are not mentioned. And it happens in 1st episode, not mid series.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood isn't really a romance but it does have both the elements you want.

By the end of the manga it's pretty clear Ranma has picked Akane. Even if the only sign is that he holds hands with her, (and confesses his love when he thinks she's dead.) Pretty much the implication I got is that they are still too young to really do anything (ie get married) but that they both know now that it will happen eventually.
