So, sorry for bumping this, but, did this get canceled? Can't seem to find any information about it that's says anything about a release date. Just "Fall 2008." Also haven't found any trailers. Anyone have any info?

That's disappointing. Alive is one of my favourite manga and I have always wanted to see it getting adapted.

Hopefully other good studio will pick it up. I think it will be a good adaptation since the manga has ended.

I'd imagine they'll try to make it into an anime again at some point in the relatively near future, if only because leaving it too long would mean it'll not be considered fresh enough still to adapt. The only reason it failed to get off the ground was because of GONZO's delisting, not any problem with the series itself.
