First, let me make this statement: "She has a sexy body!" I gotta admit, that's some skills if she manage to hide that sexy body under those tight suits. For once, somebody who's more on the gentle side treats Ichika. Her former boyish-like appearance somehow disappeared from my mind now that she was reavealed to be a girl. She seems doesn't mind if Ichika wants to see "them". Or at least, that's what I think.

Very good question. She was definitely 100% flat in that skintight training suit:

There's absolutely *no way* breast binding could achieve this

Also, you would see the countours of the breast binding through the skintight suit.
Until they come up with a *really* godd explaination, this is one huge plot hole
