I have a feeling the first minute of the next episode or so (the part before the title screen/opening) will be the scene from the VN with Virgilia & Young Beato. Yeah, it'd cut a lot out.. but would that really be a surprise by this point?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just realized that part is only like 20 seconds, not a minute like I'd believed. Maybe some random Eva flashback or something then to start it off. Gotta reread episode 3 and figure out how this'd work without confusing the hell out of anime-only viewers.

2nd EDIT: Maybe it'd be like... young beato standing there with a broken vase.. she'd call out for the witch, Virgilia'd appear, go "Hello, princess," smile and... cue title/opening.

Uh no, they will more than likely switch the portrait like with arc 2 so anime viewers will be like the VN readers when they saw the VN cover and wonder who the hell is that.

But I really hope that when they release her design, that they will just call Eva-Beatrice 'Beatrice'...giving off the Eva to early could ruin something...well depending on how fast she will appear...I'm still betting on either the end of 3-2 or the eyecatcher of 3-3...I need to look it up in the perfect guide again to see how much has to be covered until her appearance.

I'm thinking 3-3, 3-2 feels early for some reason. 3-2 is just right for young Eva, but if we're talking about Eva-Beato witch mode we all know it's after she finds the gold, and 3-2 feels to early for her to find it.

I still think that they were planning 7 eps for Turn and then suddenly went to 6 and then ep II-VI happened, I still liked it a lot, only complain is the ura party, they shuld've just cut out the ending

I don't think that ep3 will have 7 episodes but just 6
and ep 4 will have 7 episodes ( 24 episode for the first season )
