If you look at the release section in the link you posted, you can see that only part of the first chapter was ever scanlated; and that was over four years ago. Even if you do track down the scanlation... well, at best you will be frustrated, lol.

Shame because it looks totally CUTE.....something I'd read for sure.

MangaUpdates isn't a site where you can read manga online. It's similar to MAL, but just for manga and let's you know when new chapters have been translated.

A quick root around on MAL brought up this; Sensei wa Ore no Mono. It's got a very similar plot, so I guess you'd like it. Good news is that it's currently publishing
