CHRNO CRUSADE IS NOT THIRTEEN EPISODES LONG!

*takes deep breath*

Where this idea came from I have no idea, but Chrno Crusade is going to be about 24 episodes, I believe. It's scheduled for a 12-disc DVD release in Region 2, and the latest issue of Newtype Japan has plot synopses for episodes 14 and 15, so it WILL be lasting longer than we all seem to think it is.

Which is good. Because there's a hell of a lot more they need to cover from the manga.

Over here in good old Germany, the manga just recently started coming out, so I got interested in the series

So I went and took a look at the BT page for the series:

However, there are several groups subbing it... which of the groups would you recommend the most?

Rosette is a definate anime hottie. She is on my top ten cutest anime babes list.

But the one I think is even cuter than Rosette is Asmaria. She is just too darn cute.

I also have my suspicions about Remington. He seems nice enough but there is something about him that is telling me to beware of him.

I just wanted to say that I really like this anime. It has a very interesting story so far, and it's quite original.

The anime has gone past the events in manga Vol 2. It is near the mid-point of manga Vol 3 now as of end of episode 10 (11 & 12 being fillers or omakes).

Yeah, the "recaps" from Eps 9 and 10 are actually from Vol. 2, and Ep 8 was from Vol. 3.

The preview for the next episode looks cool. At one point of the preview they had what looked like Chrno and a bunch of the other Sinners standing together. Awesome scene.

Anyone noticed the "See you Next Chapter" picture in the end? They spelled the title "Chrono Crusade" there (this did not happen in the last 13 episodes)... Did they decide to change the name of the show or something? Since ADV is calling the manga "Chrono Crusade" too. But then again it could just be a typo...

Quite likely. Look at Brooklym vs Brooklyn, and Johua vs Joshua.

I just hope that the mistakes are fixed when the show is put on DVD, especially when it's licensed in the States.
