Although little is known right now about the plot, the story was supposedly good enough that

director Tatsuya Nagamine (Beet the Vandel Buster, One Piece Film Z, Heartcatch Precure!). In the quote, Nagamine recommends the story: "If I were to adapt this into anime! I would go all out directing the panty shots and not hold back!!!!!!!!!"

Why does this reminds me of Hataraku Maou Sama? Eh, the guy's words seems like this is just ladden with fanservice which I don't really like (except for DxD's which is just hilarious).

Any synopsis someone can give?

Leading hundred thousands daarkness creature and conquered 60% of the world within several day, the horrific king of darkness Aza 14th. But all of these are past. After beaten by legendary brave (my onee-sama which was still a college student at that time), Maou live in a 1DK 7m^2 cheap flat, only surf net, completely become a neet. And then, this maou, is bishojo, have golden hair and showing pants. As a son of the houseowner, I use the privilege to grasp/conquer Maou's pants---duh! pay the rent!

manga adaption of its first volume had already completed sometime last year and published in a single volume last July.

I hope it has an actual interesting story. It seems that parodies involving Maou & Yuusha has become more and more common these days since Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maou, Maoyuu: Maou Yuusha, and Hataraku Maou-sama!. I find those three still being the highlights of this (now) sub-genre.

recently i think more than 50% manga+LN involving Maou are of thihs type...

Yes, but they’re still parodies imo. A serious story involving Maou & Yuusha would be something like Lodoss and its oldschool brethren. I think the reason such parodies become more prominent is because a serious RPG tale is already too cliche and formulaic by today’s standard. Unless, the said serious RPG have a really good or unique story without stepping into self-parody or being too meta.

I think you have the wrong idea about BT. It's no group that centrally picks a project and sics a translator on it. Instead it's just a platform where translators can post translations of projects that interest them. So, you shouldn't hope for "BT" to pick it up but for an individual translator (who may or may not have posted translations on BT) to show interest and do it. Or you can actively search for such a translator yourself. I wish you the best of luck.

It's more of a nexus, I mean I've seen the works of other groups listed there too... it's something of an LN-version SourceForge.

Still, I prefer if there are more people focusing on already established projects. I'd really appreciate more efforts on Madan no Ou instead of this...

Definitely agree. For instance, the ZnT translation has been stuck on Vol. 18 for eternity.
