I never participated in SOTM

. Mostly because I don't have the time for it. But this theme might fit with one of my old signatures

Spoiler for Does this fit with the theme?:

If it doesn't fit the theme, I can change the animation so the wolf stays as a silhouette.

I may be judged what I say later, but I think you could leave out the animation. If we see the expression and the face of what is shaded black, then it sorta defeats itself in my thought. But someone else might find it acceptable. Just have to wait for more responses.

I don't think so I'm afraid. Even with the wolf staying as a silhouette, it's impossible to make out what it is without having seen the animated version first.

I changed the text. But I couldn't make the light more 'realistic'

I like the border but still not the text...try try again?

(there's a reason I'm leaving text off mine)

1. the S behind the silhouette bothers me

2. it wouldn't hurt to use some colors (but i understand if you're going for a monotone feel)

3. symmetry is boring, play around with your sparkles so everything aren't even out.

4. it's alright to have some sparkles overlapping your silhouette... just don't over do it.

5. lesser is sometimes better.

The streaks in the sky could use some blending to make them less distinct. Especially the nearly white ones.

I echo that.

The white lines that look like dripping white paint on the upper left side of the sig should be blended in more, I think. But I like the overall feel of the sig though. I know the silhouettes of these two!

Ver. 1 looks a bit empty but ver. 2's fairy dust is too... hexagonal, if you know what I mean? Too regular, so it looks odd too. I think you should tweak that one.

@Illusore: I like the fairy dust, but I think it's too mechanistic. It needs more irregularity in its distribution in order to look more natural.

I think the note animation is faster in one of them? I don't know, that's how it looks to me anyway.
