Their squad commander clearly says that none of the Rabbits lack in skills or have poor capabilities, it's just that they completely suck as a team - they literally end up fumbling over each other. No cohesion, coordination, no leader (until the base rescue)...no wonder they fell at the bottom of the rankings. They lost every match they were pitted in.

It seems to have changed during their first combat sortie, AFTER an official leader was selected and specialized tasks were clearly given to each member (leader, point man, high-speed missileer, AWACS/coordination, sniper support).

Did enjoy the fight at the end though. Is the leader the one that was always drawing by himself on a notepad?

Yep, though he was just appointed leader before the base rescue. Until now they fought without a designated squad leader.

When Red was like "Why did it move by itself?" Did he mean that it called for the Cannon to be sent to it by itself or blocking the thing that was gonna attack him on the right? Because it seemed like he wasn't paying attention to the Controller girl when she gave him an alert.

Since the Juria System interacts in some way or another with the pilot's DNA, it could act as an animaneural system geared towards achieving lower response times and higher survivability. One could mull on the idea that the JS also allows for faster evasion maneuvers, triggered by the pilot's self-preservation instincts - if necessary, it could even override the pilot's own input and force the AHSMB to perform evasive maneuvers instead.

So, either it's a piloting assistance system, a full-blown AI masquerading as a computer sub-system or (I know it's stretching, but bear with me) it's a virtual machine running a copy of the pilot's conscious and using it for high-speed simulations to maximize both survivability and offense.

Interesting premise to the story so far, even if things turned out a bit convenient. I'm guessing that the fact that their DNA has something to do with the mechs is an indicator of the special abilities of the mechs. Maybe the DNA is used to create some sort of biotech system in the mechs themselves, so that they maybe alive, per se. Hence, the mechs might function and make decisions on their own at times.

It was ok but the gundam like stuff thats happening from almost the seed like character designs is just not going over well with me. Things are a little cheesy. The action saves it tho. I like the mecha designs too. Overall this is had a not so good impression on me. Easily the worst debut of the shows ive watched this season so far. Of course its only 1 episode...........

Other than Red, the rest look to be about mid-tier SRW units at best. lol.

Even the grunt green enemy units look like SRW enemies.

Going by the kanji, I think it should mean "assault machine", so the title is something like "Galactic Assault Mecha Squadron Majestic Prince". Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
