How is it trolling to reveal the plot to a movie on a page dedicated to said movie? What do you expect to be there instead?

Was it a collaboration? I really have no idea. I remember watching some of it, seeing how much of an atrocity it was and then washing my hands of it.

But even if it was, I'd be willing to give a new collaboration a chance.

I'd rather go to proper sources rather than go to wiki, Japanese and people that knows Japanese that report what is what on a certain anime is more reliable than a wiki which can be updated.

Also there is a card now of a SS3 VEgeta GT. Wow they're marketing all the SS forms eh? Ok where is my SS God Vegeta?

According to wikipedia, his involvement with GT was limited. And according to another source he oversaw production of the series and was almost as much involved with GT as he was with the DB and DBZ animes. However, none of the GT story was witten by him.

So if that's accurate, it sounds like he had no say on the story itself, which was what I was talking about having him have the final say on.

It makes it a spoiler, but it is in no way trolling. They didn't go into a completely unrelated section and post spoilers, they did it in the page dedicated to said movie. You already knew what sort of movie it was from previous "short descriptions", so there'd be no need for a "short spoiler" or anything of the sort. People want spoilers, thus they are posted. Don't misuse a term just because you got spoiled when there's full information stating that there were pre-screenings, that spoilers were out, and then going to a wikipedia page about the thing you didn't want spoiled.

And that's a problem because Toriyama is clueless about the previous continuity of his series. He'll basically accept anything that Toei throws at him.

I expect contradictions in long running Shounens, so I'm not overly concerned with issues of conflicts with continuity. Its certainly possible that he'd just accept whatever would be sent his way, but I'd hope, as an author, he'd have more pride towards his "child". DB is his work and its his work that got myself, and I'm sure many others, into DB. If he has some involvement with the story, even as just a final write-off, I'd have more confidence in the results than if he had 0 involvement in the story.

Who's to say if it would be possible or what would happen, I just brought it up in hopeful dreaming. I'd love to have a new DB; a TRUE DB (in other words not GT) and the introduction of new lore, that could be used, sparks that dream.

Well, thinking about it, they could just continue past Battle of the Gods and completely ignore GT. After all, Pilaf and his gang becoming children in the movie kind of negates GT already.
