that's what it means. However, bits of that size must require some sort of periodic recharge as they don't seem to be big enough to use generators. If that's the case, he can't just deploy the bits and dump the external carrier, instead he has to keep it on him at all times since it serves as a recharge rack for the bits.

So I'm saying that the thing would be huge, bulky, not acclimated for speed and lowers overall capabilities related to speed.

His justification /excuse: IS technology make men feel inferior. He is trying to punish those evil women who look down on guys.

His greatest strength and weakness is actually his strong desire for justice(every wrong has to be right, every criminal has to be punished). Which kind of make him a hypocrite... (he did not punish himself)
