She is just called the fate of fate, she is the prototype to the goddesses of fate from Greek and Norse Mythology. She controls fate using the tapestry of fate and lives in the realm of destiny.

She appears after Godou convinces Rama to stand up to his own destiny and summons Perseus, Son Goku, Circe, Verethragna, Melqart, and Athena in her god form to fight Godou and Rama. She also summons the very first devil king Ravana. She doesn't revive them but rather drags them out of past moments in time by using the threads of fate.

Godou cuts the threads of fate with the warrior (which sends them back to their own time) and then burns the whole tapestry with the Stallion avatar.

I always thought Godou had a way to not get new Divine Authorities when he slays a new god, now he got 2 in the same volume, one of them is truly a cheat, not only interdimensional travel but also fate destructon! Kind of reminds me of the power of the main character of Kingdoms of Amalur: Rekoning.

The wikipedia page didn't say what happened to her present self in this volume, her god self was a past version of her summoned by fate, she left the battle of her own accord and returned to her own time.

So is this Campione Sanctuary series going to be a sequel or a brand new series that has nothing to do with this one, because the author left some hanging plot threads such as :

Voban's fate is still unknown but I have a hard time believing he was killed.

The author still hasn't shown some of the character's abilities such as Voban's Red Punishment and John Pluto Smith's snake charmer form and no fantasy adventure series ends without showing a ability that gets named in the series.

The whole concept of other worlds introduced in the end is never really explored and I don't think the author would have bothered introducing it if he wasn't going to write stories concerning it.

The epilogue goes two years later and some of the Campione are still traveling around the other worlds.

Actually its not all bad for them to be scattered, Lu Yinghua spends his next two years enjoying his freedom from his master (she is off traveling through other worlds) and rises to be leader of Chinese Martial Artists. But he is still close with Godou's group.

Apparently a new magical organization rises during the two years called the Round Table Alliance and it includes a combination of the History Compilation Committee, the Chinese Martial Artists, and various other magic related groups uniting.

Edit: Lu Yinghua better hope Luo Hao never comes back.

Oh she´s coming back alright, Campiones have the nasty habit of screwing with a person when they least expected. After all, Yinghua is the man who is in close terms with all current Campione, there is no way he´s be able to scape with crapy luck and karma!.

That was my thought too. The Sanctuary part from synopsis reminds me of Netherworld and fairy kings' places.

If the new series is set in a parallel earth, I wouldn't mind seeing world travelling godslayers occasionally in the story.

So the guy in the cover is a new God Slaying Devil King? It would be nice, the only complain I have with the story of the series is that we didn´t get to meet a newly born Campione, like a kohai for Godou, the closest Uldin but he does not really count as new.

For those wondering what happened to Son Goku and Perseus after they were kicked through the time portal in volume 19, they faded from existence as a result of lack of will power. The ones Fate summons are past versions and after the thread was cut they are gone for good or at least until they resurrect from the realm of immortality.

It looks like Shizuka finally discovers her brother's secret during the epilogue (if I am reading this right). Apparently a God shows up to cause trouble near her and she unknowingly summons Godou when she screams for help.

Godou spends the next two years using the Realm of Destiny to travel across the world while searching for the other Campione.

John Pluto Smith goes back to her city and continues to protect it and Salvitore Doni goes on a journey to figure out how to travel between worlds on his own.

Aisha cannot be found but is believed to be alive and causing trouble again.

Erica, Leliana, Yuri, and Ena go around the world training to become more powerful while serving the Round Table Alliance.

Ravana is listed as a Heretic God rather than a Campione, so maybe he wasn't the first God slayer.

I was going to say that now that Shizuka has learned his secret she won't scold him as much...then I remembered all the destruction and then felt perhaps her learning how much of the world he has destroyed his fate will only get worse.
The only person who can defeat the godslaying ruler of the world is non other that his mortal sister. Her hitting him makes him feel pain while his body can take an impact of magical beings.... Oh dear...

It was mentioned before that in this volume Godou has a 3P with Erica and Liliana, and then another one with Yuri and Ena. I'm curious what the 3P with the Italian girls is like and what the one with the shrine maiden girls is like?
