Tokyo Underground 21 - Audio/playback prob

I've tried downloading ep 21 of Tokyo Underground twice from Anime-Empire

Both times have come up with the same problem (so I dont think it's the download)

When I play the video it works fine for about 10 seconds, then it starts locking up and jittering, after about five minuets of this it play fine, but with no sound.

I have a newest codecs, the new FFdshow filter, all my other vids work fine.

I was wondering if this was a known problem? I've been looking around but can't find into on Ep 21.
