Hi all!
I'm here for a suggestion ( i think it should be so) have anyone tried Private Nurse? I like it very much for the story the story was great , it creates a lot of emotions and i get traumatized at maria's ending well , can anyone suggest a good visual novel like Private Nurse? p.s. The most important thing for me is the story |

Let me suggest you True Remembrance. Ballad of an Evening Butterfly and 40 Days and 40 Nights of Rain are great too. Those are some of my favorite free ones. Also visit this link, you might find there something more to your liking.
From the commercial ones, I highly recommend Tsukihime, Utawarerumono and Fate/Stay Night (only 2 out of 3 routes are translated though). All were translated to English by fans. Also check out Kana: Little sister, it has a really touching story. |

For commercial English visual novels/eroges, the list is pretty easy. If you're going by story alone, then without a doubt you should get Ever 17.
Other games you might be interested in... (though all but the last are eroges) Kana Little Sister Crescendo Figures of Happiness Snow Drop Snow Sakura Yume Miru Kusuri Hourglass of Summer

Add another vote for Kana: Little sister, also AFTER you play it once (please do this on your own at least once so you can truly get a feeling for it) try googling it for the secrets for the other endings. there is one ending you will really like, also the Yumi Ending isnt bad either. Also let me add X-Change to the list. not as much story, but it has a sequel and steps up the ecchi a bit more.

Not a big fan of hentai visual novels. So I don't know about those. Storywise, the impressive ones are Fate Stay Night, Tsukihime, and Ever 17.
The problem with Ever 17 is that it can really start a little slow. And can seem redundant at time(make full use of the "skip through read parts"). And as I played about an hour per day, I didn't realize a lot of the hints dropped throughout the story because I forgot so much over time. |
