Playback problem..

I'm having trouble playing Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Hachiyoushou~ by Aoi-Anime..I dunno where the problem lies though..I can only hear sounds if I play with divx and if I open it up with windows media player, I keep getting the error msg..can someone help?

you need to be more specific on the issue. what kind of error message do you get? have you tried the list of filters to install listed?

Okay..when I open the file with windows media player it simply tells me "Microsoft Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It just keeps giving me that msg no matter how many times I tried..

Easiest way would be to uninstall all your filters and follow this Configuration Guide provided on this site.
