A movie is better than expected. So we have an AW movie and a SAO movie. Kawahara fans sure are lucky.

That's because you fully expected it to be a TV anime series and set yourself up for disappointment. I was almost certain it would be an OVA and was pleasantly surprised.

But that's okay. Index fans have been repeatedly setting themselves up for disappointment for years now. So I won't judge you.

I still want Index III
I love that show just as much as AW

But I feel as tho this movie might lead up to something I'm not trying to get my hopes up ( with an OVA I know most of the time it means no TV anime ) I mean lately some anime that have had movies had teaser for a new anime project You know what I mean ?

I suppose it's unlikely for them to do network streaming of the film before its BD/DVD cone out nor would they screen it overseas in this profile? Then the only way people can watch it outside Japan would be DVD/BD which mean 6-8 months after initial release date usually... Unless they broke some predictions I said here..

Infinite Burst being a full movie is a big surprise, though one that I'm happy about because it means a lot more content then we would get in an OVA which is probably a good thing given the movie is apparently going to have a time-skip from the ending of the first anime to around where the current novels are so there'll be a lot to catch people up on

And Accel World on a movie-budget should look amazing

The movie was the best option since a second series anime skipping soo much would made people be on a loss.

Also a full movie? Hope it goes s beyond 90 minutes length.

Staff is the same. Sunrise 8 probably found some time to make this between movie and S3 of LL. But I doubt it will be longer than 60-90 min.

That much characters featured on the PV will make it rushed to develop them with less than 60 min movie.

You can start buying pre-sold movie tickets (first batch) starting from Feb27 via those theaters that are going to screen the movie and those pre-sold tickets that come with bonus. Those come early can get a special clear file. You can check what theaters will be screening the movie by reading the official site.
