We get what really happened 12,000 years ago. Kiryu and Nesta are the equivalent of Apolonius and Celiane. Difference is they didn't pick a side and fought both factions to bring peace. Aquarion Logos was their creation to bring an end to the war. Thing is the Aquarion with the Vector-Ga as core was created to defeat them. Kiryu was executed by the Truth tribe. But not before leaving a letter to Nesta. Problem is Nesta can't read. Hayato and Tsutumu's previous incarnations being asses lied to Nesta about the content. The Writing tribe burned her along with the Aquarion Logos. Nesta died but her grudge created an entity that had her hate for writing. Pretty much what happened with Touma's sense of betrayal from Apollonius created Mykage.

I have to say this. Kiryu seems to be a mix of Subete and Akira. Maybe a soul split like Silvia and Sirius.

They didn't exactly burn Nesta, they instead exiled her to the Truth plane, but her hatred instead created the Logos world in between, which screwed over the truth side.

It's ironic that the Truth Tribe's Vector-Ga who used to destroy Aquarion Logos is now at the hands of Akira Kaibuki who used it to defend modern civilization.

Then again, why did the Truth Tribe didn't use Vector-Ga in the first place to win against the Writing Tribe?

Remember the part it erases the pilot's existence?

The Writing Tribe is also the majority of humanity. Not to say the Truth tribe is stupid but the reason the Writing tribe won so to speak is that civilization won. Even if the civilization 12,000 years ago vanished. Truth tribe did not have a means to maintain a legacy thus lost power as time went on.

Nah Nesta did die in fire inside Aquarion Logos.

i find that theater reading scenes Evangelion style of surreal, i mean look everybody is there in that version of the world, probably led a happy life too without Aquarion antics,

so the Aquarion Angel combination seems to based on what Kiryu's tribe created which is interesting.
