My solution to this situation if I were Homura will probably involve having to do three timelines:

Timeline 1 (this timeline) - Realize that this time line is a "no-win" scenario and repeat the timeline again, but not before taking a picture of Madoka in "witch" form.

Timeline 2 - Redo the events of the timeline, but start to drop hints to Madoka about how MS-->Witch early on as well as take a photo of Sayaka's witch form.

Timeline 3 - Rather than hide it, simply reveal subltely to Madoka and Sayaka that she's from the future by accurately predicting when small events will happen (a la Groundhog Day after Bill Murray starts to realize that commiting suicide will not bring an end to the time loop), and then show the pictures of Madoka and Sayaka's witch forms to them. If that fails, just offer to study with Madoka and Sayaka (hey it worked in stopping the most infamous timeloop in anime history).

They can defeat all other witches in the world and group commit suicide.

3. Homura kills Witch:Madoka
4. QB leaves earth

But I can't really see Homura do that though

So We might get a second season, or some other sort of miracle (like Homura repeatedly loop back in time, gaining enough EXP to single-handedly defeat Walpurgis, so noone has to become MG.)

Hey, this could work if Homura was able to kill witch Madoka, but she's not. Homura can't handle Walpurgis alone, then there's no way she would be able to kill witch Madoka.

The time line you're using is missing a time jump and Sayaka wasn't involved in the first world.

Now we know why QB granted Homura's wish. In the original time line Madoka didn't become a witch, she died fighting Walpurgis, so QB didn't get her energy.

Granting Homura's wish gave QB another chance to take Madoka's juicy energy.

Yes, that's my entire review. Clearly, there are only two ways out of this. Either the universe where they team up with Nanoha and everyone Kyubey contracted is acting like a Precure team (sadly, it's all a dream), or Homura finds herself in an alternate universe where everyone is now a lawyer. Frankly, I'd go with the lawyer universe.

My thoughts so far.

Spoiler for Episode 10 spoiler speculah:

The problem was never really QB, it was the MG/Witch system. No matter what Homura does, she cannot stop her friends from becoming Witches and further screwing everything over into a bad end. At this point her only escape and possibility of fixing everything is to find a way to break or fix the system by finding a loophole.

It can't be wished away because that would be counter to Kyubey's interest.
You can't wish for MG's to not become Witches because again, it's counter to his interest.
You can't just save certain people or let certain people die, because all roads lead to Madoka sacrificing herself to save everyone.
Madoka has to become a MG to defeat the Walpurgis. She is the only one strong enough to beat it without help. The other girls are simply not strong enough to do it.
Madoka defeating the Walpurgis will turn her into a Witch, effing over everyone she just saved.
No one but Homura and Madoka are capable enough to actually live through fighting and defeating the Witch.
Homura cannot defeat the Witch by herself.
QB contracts Madoka in every time line by appealing to her kindness and forcing her to sacrifice herself.
QB could care less about anything other than the energy he'll get from Madoka. The part of his speech about saving the universe for the long term of humanity (paraphrasing) is a lie meant to appeal to Madoka's selflessness.

Homura has tried everything except killing Madoka before she contracts. That would be the only bad end we haven't seen (outside of her giving up and becoming a Witch herself). However this means she won't have her wish granted and must go back in time again to start over. So really at this point, she's screwed unless.....

She discovers a loophole that allows her to:

Allow Madoka to become a MG so she can defeat the Walpurgis.
Save everyone Madoka knows to avoid the bad ends.
Prevent MG's from becoming Witches OR figuring out how to turn them back into humans/MG's.
Prevent QB from farming the energy from MG's or figuring out a means to provide QB with the energy he wants without the system and/or fixing the current system so that turning into a Witch is a preventable or reversible fate.

Simply put, regardless of the chicken and egg question of what came first, Homura must use the system to stop the Walpurgis while also figuring out how to prevent the system from benefiting QB's plan of using the transformation into a Witch as a way of getting "free" energy. Since all paths require Madoka become a MG to defeat the Witch, and the death/corruption of her friends combined with fighting the Witch with little to no assistance (because of how few of them are left and how weak they are compared to her) ends up with her becoming a Witch as well, Homura needs to use the system while figuring out the correct loophole that saves her friends and Madoka, defeat the Witch, and prevent QB from using them as batteries (and possibly figuring out how to balance the system by allowing MG's who become Witches a way back to humanity).

OMG Mami died again and agin. There she was showing up as pretty as she always had been, and the next scene she is again on ground as a dead body.

I really don't know what Urobuchi has in store for the series. As it is, one can potentially create at least another season like Higurashi, although he's already done a significant portion of the answer arc right here. It feels as if that this series intends to end by episode 12 from the looks of it. Based on what is available, the prospect of another recursion is very possible however.

Well, this episode definitely delivered on the answers. Like Panzerfan though, I'm wondering where we're going to go from here. While it can conceivably be wrapped up in the episodes remaining, we ALSO might not see a resolution this season at all, and instead continue with Homura's time-traveling adventures in Oriko Magica.

Heh... That's a thought. Bring an outside factor to change the situation.

This is weird. At first Homura didn't have any weapons, just her shield, so she used conventional weapons. But in this last time recursion, she has evolved. Those weird magical beams she kills QB with are something she didn't have before.

Hmm, which magical beam are you referring to? Is it in episode 10? If so I guess I'll have to see it, still waiting >< But if you mean the other times I had assumed those were bullets from a conventional gun.
