Bounties are set by marines. Even if they are strong, if marines doesn't care, then they have no bounties at all! Luffy caught their attention by defeating big bountied pirates, Zoro for what he did in Cactus Island and Robin for what she had done during her childhood. Marines never tracked their moves, just a result of how much destruction, or crime they have commited, they set their bounties.

the marines have found what he did on the pirate hunters in whiskey peak/cactus island so tthat's why he got the bounty, 60 million belli.

anyway, from what smoker explained when zoro's bounty was first shown, it was due to the fact that he defeated the 100 or so BW bounty hunters at "cactus island" AND the fact that he beat Mr 1, who was a well-known assassin in west blue. that's why he said the number suits zoro and luffy.

i think luffy, zoro, franky and robin will get bounties. The others will get a bounty as strawhat pirates each one worth so and so. No on knows who usopp, sanji, nami and chopper are. Also sanji is pretty much the level of zoro. He beat the wolf guy who has like 20 less attack strength of giraffe dude and he has better control of his devil fruit.

i dont think they will ever make sanji's bounty as high as zoros because they are different people. The manga/anime always makes it seem like zoro is stronger, because Sanji is the cook.

and i know i shouldent ask, but

do any1 know the bounty for ace, shanks and luffy (after destroying enies lobby im guessing it gets raised after that)

would be fun to know

there another topic for this question ... but the answer we still don't know the bounties of Ace and Shanks but thew most likely more than 500 million ...

also the manga didn't finish this arc yet so we don't know luffy bounty ... but we guess it will be double or a little more than the double of his old bounty .

I like the CP9 measuremnt of power better tahn bounties. Fukurou (zipper-mouth) of CP9 developed a technique to tell the power of a person by getting hti by them which is what basically how they were ranked in CP9. A fully armed Marine had a power level of 10, and the most powerfull member of CP9 Lucci had a power level of 4400 i think...yeah pretty sure 4400 douruki yup yup. only wish Fukurou had been able to get the straw hat crews power levels.

OMG! This is so big the bounties on the Straw Hat Pirates will be huge, i believe every single crew member(including Franky) will get bounties.
Captain: Luffy his bounty will obviously be doubled because he defeated Rob Lucchi, he also defeated Blueno! He Also Killed Many Marines! His Bountie would obviously be double and maybe even more. -- 200-230 Million Beli --
First Mate: Zoro will most likely be double for defeating Kaku(the second strongest member in CP9) -- 120-150 Million Beli --
Navigator: Nami will probably get a fair bounty jsut because without her they would be in the grand line, and for defeated Kalifa. -- 30-50 Million Beli --
Sharpshooter: Ussop Will definitely get a bounty for burning the flag down in Enies Lobby. -- 30-60 Million Beli --
Cook: Sanji, i am really not certain he will get a bounty because no one really know about him, but i am sure he will get one because he defeated the third strongest in CP9. -- 80-100 Million Beli --
Doctor: Chopper WILL ABSOLUTELY get a bounty because he destroy half the place when he turned into that huge creature. -- 65-80 Million Beli --
Archeologist: Nico Robin She will get a definite raise in her bounty because 1 she escaped from Enies Lobby and 2 she can read the ancient writing! -- 100-120 Million Beli --

Whatever The Bounties Are They Will Become Targeted All Over The World When They Leave Enies Lobby & Every Ship Will Know The Name STRAW HAT PIRATES!!!!!

after reading this chapter 432, i think Dragon have the highest bounties in the wrold even greater than roger and whitebeard ..

so if the marines knows about he relationship between luffy and him would they increase luffy's bounty !!!!?

They slap chibi robin with a 79 million bounty when she was 7 years old and said she destroy 6 battleship when it was really the giant. So far we only see her use her power to beat up little kid hardly worth 79 million beli and i'm guessing the strength have to do with her real arm which happen to belong to a little kid so she not gonna put some hold on anyone strong now.
