Honestly, not much development has happened since then.
Mostly cleaning up his new fiefdom of possible corruption and revolts, ongoing construction of railroads, and oh yeah, Mizuchi (protagonist's current wife) cosplaying lookalike character to Shiranui Mai from Fatal Fury while going on ninja mission.

This author doesn't do naisei very well... Hopefully Al can pick up on the details of the reincarnateds in the enemy kingdom here and know what he's up against. That will give him a push towards a bit faster development.

I want to see him level up more. Stopping at 32 is such an odd number. Especially since the next highest is 26 and one of his cheats was increased experience. Maybe killing people in war will gain him quite a bit of experience. He could have totally grinded the dragon too for like 100k exp per kill and it takes like 300k~ per level at his current.

Novel updates listed this as harem but the faq says it is not did this later develop into a harem?

No. At least not for the MC yet. He has one wife that he's in an active relationship with.

Though, there's some spoilers that make it a potential harem later. Not to mention the fact that he aims for King, so eventually there could be more heroines. At the very least up to current chapter the MC is only in a relationship with one person.

The dungeon arc ends when Al is 21-22 years old. He buys a territory on the southern border of the Dirt Plains. Situated in between a couple of small mountains and the coast.

Since the guy in SS23 is said to live in a village/town of ~1000 along the southern border of Devas,
and he was 17+4 kids = 21~ years old.

It could be taken that either:

1. Al comes along there when he buys his territory.
2. Devas comes along to attack/capture it.
3. Mitsuse Kenji/Ryoichi find him.
4. Unknown things happen.

1 and 2 seem like the most likely for now. Since Al is in the area around that time and about to start searching for reincarnated people it seems. Though Devas(and it's reincarnated group) is gearing up for serious war as well.

So Al has cleared the dungeon, became a dragon slayer (at the cost of Engela's life), as promised the King grants him a land to rule.
Al married Mizuchi and now is an Earl.

Meanwhile...

Mid-late 21st century, a man who hasn't heard from Al in a decade finally gets a call from Al.
He tells Al that it's been a decade in his world, where have you been!? But Al tells him he only missed a day calling him. Somehow there was a time skip.

Yes, it turns out, it seems the reason why the story was narrated by Al as if he was talking to "us the reader" is because he was. Coincidence or not, Al had connected to a man's cell phone through the worlds, and has been telling him his tale.
In the 10 years he haven't heard from Al, the man had looked up Takeo Kawasaki's (Al's former name) personal detals and found out Ms Kawasaki, Takeo/Al's wife, had died at age of 97. If Al had reconnected to him just a few month earlier, he may have been able to let Al speak to his wife.

The man tells Al that in the 10 years he had gotten married, and now seeking to go independent from his company. He then replies to Al with the title of the novel, "if you're a man you gotta aim to be lord of your own castle, you know?"

Huge discrepancy!!! If she died at 97, 10 year ago when last the friend heard of Al the wife would be 87... Big oops on the part of editor? And this is only error of an editor wanting to spice things up.

By the way, why the 13th floor boss is much stronger than the boss from 14th level that Al defeated with Mizuchi? Also what is the price of core of the dragon? In comparison with lazer-beam boss?

Also BTW the first floor guardian Al and the others defeat(excluding 14th) is the one that guards the path to the 9th floor.

You can't teleport to the 14th floor from the 13th floor, so technically the 13th is the last floor and the 14th floor is only possible to get to by the pitfall.

Just finished vol 2 tL. Was enjoying his childhood arc, but mostly skimming thru the dungeon exploring arc till he buy the land / dragon slayer. Will vol 3 have more interesting story development? Did lilus / Miki incarnation show up in the following 160 chap of vol 3? TL mentioned about war with devas, will both side reincarnator team meet up?

I binge read all chapters except for a few SS and I like this. The Dungeon Arc got dragged a little bit but reading that arc really hammered into me how dangerous being an Adventurer is unlike other Isekai Novels who mainly just use it as an excuse for their MC to earn some money without really touching on the danger part of the profession.

Personally I was more interested on what is going on the Reincarnated in Devas Kingdom and their plots to raise their power. The author really made it so all the OP reincarnated people are in that side. And they have the added advantage of already having a kingdom established while the MC needs to work his butt off to get recognition from the King to get him to bestow the MC his own territory. Luckily Volume 2 ended with him accomplishing his goal so Volume 3 should be about building his own Kingdom. I was sad how Angela died at the end just when they finally manage to clear all Dungeon floors. Up to that point Al can boast that he never lost a single member of his team in clearing the Dungeon. You will be missed. And I'm happy that Al is not so heartless like how he sometimes portrays himself to be. He keeps monologuing about Combat Slaves being just disposable meat shields but when his own Combat Slave was in severe danger he tried desperately to save them. Even to a point of thinking he can still regenerate Angela's wounds even though the wound was severely fatal.

One thing that annoyed me is how the MC's complete refusal to believe of the possibility that that demigod who posed as his reincarnated wife may not be who she was claiming to be. There's no real evidence of that being the case and she already admitted that she can view other people's memory so it's possible that she used what she found in Meduchi's memory so she can pose as as his wife. Why she would do is still a mystery.

Kind of funny how the Reincarnated people in Devas are struggling to create a gun and had to pool all of their knowledge to create a prototype but the MC manage to create a functional one by his own lol
