Vivi will "officially" leave the group in the end of volume 23, which's the end of the Arabasta arc. Luffy will ask if she wants to join, but she will refuse and stay in Arabasta. The end of the Arabasta arc is one of the most touching moments in One Piece, just you wait

Now, I don't think she's that annoying Not as Conis and (ARGH!) Apis :fingers:

Also, as Vinzer-san said, Vivi will probably leave the group (in anime) in episode 128 or 129

How Strong Is Shanks? And Not Just In Comparison, But Like What Is His Bounty? And How Strong Is He Compared To Say Eneru (I Have Not Seen Those Episodes But I Know A Bit About Them) Or Some Other Ungodly Strong Character...

My Final Question Is... Why Does He Have Such A Motley Crew. I Would Expect His No Name Crew Members To Be Super Soldiers, But They Are'nt...

imakewaterz0r-san, the Shichibukai is simply a special group of pirates selected by the Marine. Seven pirates are selected by the Marine, and these seven pirates form the Shichibukai. Their job is to policy the Grand Line.
Every pirate has a bounty, so they're no exception. Even though they're rated as "Wanted", the Marine don't arrest them, once they're part of the Shichibukai. The reason that they're accepted in the Shichibukai is that they pay a tax (give a part of their treasure) to the Marine, once per month, or per year. They're dogs of the Government, although they act as they want unless they're called to a reunion (and not every time they attend to it). It may sound like a paradox, but they're basically "pirates of the Marine".

As for an example, we have Crocodile. He is part of the Shichibukai, and his bounty is B$81 milion

Um, right. Remember a while back Oda said that One Piece is only half way through, Zoro will be much stronger by the end of the series than he is now, same with all the other Straw Hat Pirates. So yes, i think that Zoro will defeat Mihawk.

And Doflamingo is... WARNING MAJOR MAJOR SPOILERS!! WAY AHEAD OF K-F RELEASES.

One of the Shichibukai, he was a former captain of a pirate crew, the captain chosen after he left is Bellamy. He kills Bellamy after losing to Luffy for disgracing his pirate flag. His bounty is 340 Million.

As to controlling other person's mind, I'll have to disagree. If there's a devil fruit that gives such ability, he would be invincible against any human. Besides, I think that although those (whose physical body) who were manipulated by Doflamingo, could still think/speak.
