I thing I'm being trolled be EA\Origin.

They returned my money for preorder, saying they haven't got confirmation from bank, but the game is still on the list in Origin, and today I've got an e-mail about predownload date being 21st. WTF, srsly?

God. Almost makes me want to buy it on release day.

I cannot wait until the price drops a little so I can rationalize buying it.

And I LOVE that Glenn Morshower is in this... not only his voice, but his likeness, too. Awesome actor. Between Black Hawk Down, 24, CoD:MW2, and now Battlefield 3, I feel a bit bad that he is getting pigeonholed into this type of role, but he is just so good at it.

Not entirely sure about your ordeal, but they shouldn't be charging you for the game until release date. Depends on where you pre-order it. I know the stores here for the actual copy will want you to put 5 bucks down for the pre-order and pay the rest the day the game comes out. Origin however, didn't charge me at all for the pre-order, not even the initial 5 or 10 bucks. I went to their support just to verify and they said they don't charge you until the game is actually released.

Well, no problems with steam with the same card, so I just preordered the game from a local online store.

We have to wait until friday here in the UK =/

Alway find it irritating when we get a game like this late since theres never really a level playing field seeing as you lot have a few days head start to level up and unlock stuff.

A lot of games can manage a simultaneous world wide release nowadays so its annoying when they don't do it with games like this.
