well not yet...but I guess we are slowly nearing it... so maybe by the end of this year or few months n next year the manga might end (as its monthly release)

in chpater 124raw we are beign hinted that the ending is nearing slowly

Finally get a look at all of their fathers. Seems they all stuck together the last several years looking for the island. Looks like Ikuto knew most of them at that. Still uncertain that connection between Takatora and Ikuto even though the 2 of them look a lot alike. he was only referred to as the old man's grandson. Willing to bet that he is probably just his nephew or something like that.

well to be more precise... at the beggining there is a lots of catching up between ikuto and misaki.... she talks that she is a youki... and Im not sure but it might be that ikuto has some youki relation too [not sure] which kinda made that furry one interreact with ikuto and call for misaki...

Im not really sure about the "half-siblings" but misaki really has similar hair style to the mother... so it might be that ikutos father had ikuto as single kid... but married misakis mom (who had her).... and I wouldnt be supprised if Tsurara and that mother are related like sisters

anywya misaki was shocked to see ikuto talk to karage ^^ well talking to animals and the fact that "he" who doesnt belive in paranormal stuff accepted this fact that they talk...so the talk here went to the whole youki talk...

misaki is worried becouse she is a youki and such... but ikuto calms her down sayint that it doesnt matter if she is a human or youki she is precious to him... his precious sister (here misaki has kinda sad expresion becouse he thinks of her as just sister)

next ikuto and misaki go to the sakura tree and talk more...about a lucky charm that held the SD card... it was important to the point that without this misaki cant leave the island too... I guess it had a spell or a way out on it but its lost (not knowing that macchi took it without asking).... so misaki hugs ikuto (while suzu and ayame go WTH) but its turns out that its just a normal rutine for ikuto and misaki

under the tree they talk about other stuff like about mother and her journeys...normaly she traveled with father but he had not time so she went alone and lots of stuff happened to her xD...

the reason why ikuto run away was not just the fight with father... but the misunderstaing that he throiught father was cheating on mother with a young girl... misaki kicks ikuto angry that all this happened becouse of his misunderstanding... she expleined that this girl asked for permisstion to date that old man... ikuto in shock as the age difference is 40years XD.... but it looks like mom took care of it and father was greatly scared begging for forgivenes

this talk leads to the "becouse of that misunderstanding he at least ended up here at airantou and is kinda glad as he met everyone".... and pointed out that when he first came the villagers made that competition "catch the groom" misaki in shock....later misaki wants to confirm if he really wants to stay.... and goes to the "if he remembers that promise he made" [go on a date with her on her birthday as she has sometihng important to tell him].... ikuto starts to remember but misaki in the meantime hugs him and kisses him

so yeah mostly she wanted him to know that she "loves him a lot" and its a reason why she is angry at all girls as they are her rivals and wont let go of this one ^^

but still cant wait for translation... they are only 2chapters back...sadly that we wont get a sooner translation (they do 1chap per month I guess... so now 124 and next month 125)

but I want misaki to end up with ikuto... be it in harem as she allows for ikuto to marry beside her another girl... everyone would be happy... misaki is with ikuto way longer then others...is burdened with the youki thing (to the point where she wanted to seal ikutos knowladge of youki so he wouldnt see her as monster but as normal girl)... ikuto is dense so he never noticed misakis feelings...

anyway cant wait for ikuto+misaki meeting Tsurara... we might get more info on why misaki is a youki (related to mother for sure) and if there is anything special inside ikuto too... like he said his ancestors were dealing with youki

If it's going to be any kind of paired ending it's going to be Ikuto/Suzu. IMO it's going to be Ikuto/The main core of girls. Also you'd think everyone would leave giving the opportunity, but I bet they'll all stay on the island from some reason...

I'd think the barrier will fall by the end. The men who were lost would return and possibly bring others with them to repopulate the island. Whether the girls can even give a care about those new guys is another issue entirely. lol

well if the old geezer could marry 24y old babe....then I wouldnt be supprised if the "dad's" agreed for ikuto to marry those few girls... but he would had to stay on this island as polygamy isnt ok in japan :P

damn 1week to go and next chapter will come out... misakis appereance gave the manga new life now... its hard to tell where this will lead us... mostly misaki will go around the village or meet tsurara so we will get more info about ikutos family (maybe some more info if their mother is a snow woman too) ehh cant wait ^^

I wonder if the Jutsu they placed on Ikuto to make him not believe in anything occult may have also messed with his view on women which was why he is so dense.

I've been reading the manga from chapter 1 up through 102 the last few days (hope to finish tomorrow or Thursday, maybe).

I am curious about something. Maybe it'll be explained later, but maybe I missed something.

I'm glad I started reading the manga. I loved the anime when it came out a few years ago and didn't realize the manga was available until a couple weeks ago.

Tonkatsu was something that appeared when Suzu's mother used some sort of ability to get a look at Suzu (nothing on just where she is yet). The only thing known is that Tonkatsu comes from wherever Suzuran currently is. Suzuran just basically left Tonkatsu there to keep Suzu company since she wasn't able to.

zibi88 Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2008	Spoiler for ch123 well it was clear: I kenw its misaki from the very first time the dragon appeared and later gained the transformation to the human form ^^ it was jut a matter of time the mask breaks and misaki will be officialy there... but it looks like ikuto recoginized misaki earlier and was pretending not to know... as he shows no signs of supporise... at the end the girls asks (misaki is towards us) ikuto... do you know this girl ?..... ikuto goes "un... which means yes... its my sister".... girls go EEEEEEEE "chapter ends" it was clear as night for a long time its misaki and there were so many hints to this ^^ anyway I hope misaki wont go gome right away but stays for a while alongside her brother..... they have stuff to discuss... since misaki had something very important to tell ikuto durring her birthday but he went away missing and she was looking for him for a long time as she said.... so I hope she stays for a while and explains stuff... but only 1v1 with no other girls around to hear what she has to say only to ikuto... kinda keep it a family matter... but I hope ikuto will hug her at least next chapter to ease her feelings a bit...it would be fun if somone mentioned why wont she stay and have ikuto for herself too xD.. she is very strong... she beat everyone so she can guard ikuto "durring nights"

Seems Misaki really likes animals since she was fawning all over Karage and Tonkatsu. There is a bit of background between Ikuto and his father. I think it was that Ikuto was angry at his father for getting a girlfriend or something like that despite his mother. Here's the kicker, seems the 24 year girl he saw was actually the girlfriend of his 65 year old grandpa Touhouin Gento(what a guy, I want to be like him when I'm that old) LOL! There is also talk of Ikuto's mother as well. Can't quite make out what is being said though based on the pictures, she seems to be a clutz with bad luck. The picture of his mother makes it clear that it isn't Suzuran. Also, Ikuto's father doesn't seem to have the same hair style as Takatora. It looks more like Gento's (the grandfather) hairstyle. His mother's hair seem to look more like Takatora's and Ikuto's but with a lighter shade. Also it seems Ikuto knew Machi's and Ayane's father since he was shown in the background while Ikuto was getting beat in kendo by his grandfather. Guess it makes sense after the end of the last chapter. zibi88 Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2008	Spoiler for well: well it depends on how wll ikuto react to the fact that his own sister kisses him on the lips... and moslty later in 126 says she loves him... hmm maybe misaki will decide to stay here on the island... becouse here she is really healthy thx to the small ice fairy that lends her power and protects from heat... while in japan she was weakened becouse of the lack of power source which made ikuto to wish for her to be healthy the same if he wants to stay maybe she will too... mostly it depends on ikutos response... if he rejects her as saying love between siblings is sick... she will return to japan alone.... but then again all airanout men will eventually return home so misaki would be all alone in japan... so she might stay... I wouldnt be supprised if she starts to accept the polygamy thing... saying like I will agree for you to marry Suzu only if you will marry me too ^^ or something like this anyway cant wait for 125 chapter as it has LOTS of info's..... and yeah it turned as I belived it would... Misakis apperance gave the story a refreshment... she doesnt let other girls to get close to ikuto becouse she is jelous and pissed at the same time... like he doesnt want to return with her alone becouse of them... anywya I hope that ikuto will accept misakis feelings and will consider her a girlfriend material... aa well suzu and ayame really must be smart... becouse after hearing misakis talking to ikuto... they finally realize that ikuto has a worried family in japan... damn they come fast to rezlie this and it took only 125chapters.... but still they are Sooooo RUDE... stalking...tailing...sneaking.... really bad behaviour.... misaki wanted some alone time with ikuto becouse they didnt see each other for few months and had lots to talk about.... yet those two are doing something they should let go this time anyway cant wait for this chapt and all next with misaki ^^ sadly I have a feeling that c125 we will get in next month ;/

I guess they have to wait for a storm before they can enter this barrier so they need to prepare but they know the island location now and suzu's dad doesnt know that Suzu-ran is missing... so we might end up traveling the route of what happened to her soon damn 1week to go and next chapter will come out... misakis appereance gave the manga new life now... its hard to tell where this will lead us... mostly misaki will go around the village or meet tsurara so we will get more info about ikutos family (maybe some more info if their mother is a snow woman too) ehh cant wait ^^

I feel like he's supposed to represent someone, like Suzu's dad. Maybe I'm off-base and he's just supposed to be someone to keep Suzu company because she'd otherwise have been all alone until Ikuto came. Does anyone know?
