the first thinh that came to my mind was "Pugh, another NanohaxFate doujinshi" but when I download it from the image thread and readed it, I just falled in love with it, the way you put them is beautifull, not obsene or porn, just beautifull, special the plot, I just love it

Now, perharps you think I'm exajerating a bit, plus our drawing styles are very diferent, yours is very cute and lovely, mine is dark and rude, but I keep saying I love your comic, congragulations and I take my hat off to you and Satashi, keep going

"Helga!!!!" Alphonse screamed in a way that until today I still don't know what kind of scream was, He ran in a reckless way to reach Helga, her nech was firmely grabed by the rooted arm of Ella who was coming from the other side of the wall

He pull out his sword and stab the arm of the slave, Ella only made a horrible chill but she doesn't release Helga

"Leave her!!! I comand you to leave her!!!" Alphonse was furius, he stab and stab again his sword on the slave's arm, but Ella still didn't release Helga

In that moment I saw that Karil was runing in direction to them with a bunch of durtch from the Graveyard, she launched it against the Arm of Ella

The Slave made a horrible scream, smoke started to came out of her rooted arm and finally she release Helga, but with horror we saw that Ella's clwas rip a pice of skin out of Helga's Neck, she started to bleed in a horrible way and falled to the ground

"Helga!!!" Alphonse Screamed at the time he rised her with his arms, Helga was bleeding from her neck, Alphonse saw the injuri for a moment and then he put Helga's hand, presing against the injury and then He carried her with both arms

"She needs medical atention!" Alphonse screamed

"Alphonse, get down!" I comanded him, he inmediatly bended just in time to avoid the enormus sword of Ella that was passing trough the wall

There we clearely saw the horrible aspect of Ella once more, she was extending her arm just to reach Alphonse who was bended but then a shoot came fromthe distance and hit Ella in her chest, I turn to find out from were did the shoot had come, I saw Raphael at the distance holding a sniper Rifle, behind him, Sky and several regulators were runing in our direction

Alphonse ran with us, seconds later Sky reach us, beforehe could say a word. Ella made a horrible roar, she was still alive, Sky told to two of the regulators

"Take them to the campament, quick!" The soldiers afirmed and Sky ran in direction to the church to confront Ella, followed by Raphael and more regulators, thetwo that had stayed with us lead us in direction to were campament was, one of them was going to carry Helga but Alphonse stopped him saying

"No, I carry her" We ran the fastes we could, after some minutes we reach the main plaze of Villa del Toro, the place was filled of Regulators, from one old wooden house Pink came out running, she take a look to Helga and comanded Alphonse to follow her, we stayed in the Plaza, recovering breath and forces, some regulators bring us water

"Were are the rest?" I asked

"You are the rest" One of the regulators answered me

Lately we discovered that those mad villagers had attacked and killed many Regulators, it was like if they had waiting for us, I knew why, the traitor


It was alredy Night and we still didn't know how Helga was, non either Pink or Alphonse had came out of the house that was used as infirmary, Sky and Raphael had alredy arrived, but they were not succeded, Ella had escaped, everytime I saw Raphael, I couldn't stop thinking that he was the traitor, non of us say nothing about the letter of Alastor Wilzon, but in that moment we were really worried about Helga

Finally, at something like 8:00 pm, Pink came out and with a signal of her hand she told us to enter,m we inmediatly do it

"Pink! Helga, is she O.K?" Karil asked

"Yes, yes, she is fine, the injury not reacxh her throath, it was only superficial"

"Oh! Thank Godness!" Jasper replyed

"Were is she, can we saw her?" I asked

"She is right now with Alphonse inthe room upstairs, she only need to rest,tomorrow she will be allright and ready to keep going

Pink say that we better eat something and rest a bit, she said that in the table were alredy some meals, I sayed I needed to go to the rest room first, but the truth is that I wanted to see Helga, only for a second at least, I slowly go upstairs and reach the room in were Helga was, the door was half opened, Helga was resting in the bed but she was awake, a bend was covering her injury, Alphonse was sited in a chair near at her bed, I was going to get in but then I noticed that they both were talking about something, I slowly get close and without made any noise I payed attention to their coversation

"So... you wanted to tell me somethiong" Alphonse said

"Mmmm... yes I... umm"

"I'm sorry" He interrupted her

"Uh? Why?"

"Forvive me for screamed you last night, it wasn't right"

"No,no I deserved it, I...I had been so mean with you, you are a great person Al, so... gentle, and comprensive, always there to listen others..."

"H- Helga?" Helga sitted and toke Alphonse's hand

"If you don't want to speak to me after this is O.K... but I can't hold it any longer, I LOVE YOU AL, I had loved you since the first time I saw you, but I was so scare to tell it to you... that's why I always tried to be a rude girl, to hide my fellings"

"H- Helga!" Alphonse was shocked

Helga hided her eyes and told to Alphonse

"You better go down fro some f..." Before she could finish, Alphonse grabed her... AND KISSED HER RIGHT IN HER MOUTH!

Helga was a bit impresed at thebegining, but after some seconds, she just closed her eyes and huged Alphonse, leting him giveher that kiss that was sealing the feelings of both, I was so happy, I almost screamed but I rersisted because I don't wanted to spoil that beautifull moment

When they stoped, they just remained there,looking at each other and smiling

"I will always be with you Helga" Alphonse sayed with the most beautifull words I had ever heared

"Alphonse" Was all that Helga responded, they both huged each other with an inmense love, I decided to leave them, I was sure they were going to... well,I think you know what, they need privacity, but the only thing I can tell you, is that since that day, Helga and Alphonse became oficially boyfriends

YES!!!!!!!! Finally! That was so cute. I was worried in the beginning though.

Nanoha Takamachi waved off to the brunette girl who was making her way out of the classroom at the end of the school day. Many students had already gone on their way to after school activities or back home as soon as they were dismissed. Two students were at the front of the room were on clean up duty and would probably be around for another half hour or so sweeping the floors and straightening out the desks. There were two others towards the back of the room engaged in a light conversation. One of them turned her head towards Nanoha.

“Nanoha, are you ready to go?”

“Ah, sorry Fate-chan. Let’s get going.”

The third girl giggled and brushed some stray strands of hair from her face, “Don’t rush yourself, Nanoha-chan. It’s not like we have anything too important to do.”

“Nyahaha. I know Hayate-chan, but I don’t want to keep you and Fate-chan waiting too long.”

Now with everyone accounted for, the trio made their way out of the school building and passed the gates. The sky was already starting to shift from blue to a reddish-orange as the sun began its descent. While it would have been easier to catch the bus back to their place, it wasn’t a far walk and the weather was nice and warm. It also gave them time to talk before they ended up collapsing on the couches inside their apartment and not wanting to do anything for some time.

A short hill climb later they found themselves at their intended destination. After the walk, they were too tired to take the stairs and thus opted for the elevator to take them to the fourth floor. The door slid open with a soft hiss following the sweeping of their security card on the wall panel. Inside they were greeted by the cooler, air conditioned air of their fair sized apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Shoes were quickly removed and bodies were soon sprawled out on the comfortable couches.

“Ahhh,” sighs Nanoha. “Good to be back in here.”

“I don’t know if I can take another one of that teacher’s lectures,” grumbled their blond companion who had her face buried in a pillow.

From the window, Hayate giggled at her two friends. It had been quite a day with lectures on top of those exams. It seemed that no matter where you went you couldn’t escape exams or school. The sun was now lower in the sky, bathing the entire city in its reddish-orange glow. Gazing out the window, Hayate couldn’t help but think of how peaceful it looked now. However, they all knew that it was only temporary. Her mind began to wander back to how they ended up here in the first place…

Guesses are welcome as to where this might be headed

I glared at the man who’d been my lifelong friend. He was like a brother to me and sometimes like a mother. Right now, however, I wanted to rip his head off.

Yunno Scrya pulled the bandage tighter around my arm, chuckling lightly when I winced. “I don’t understand how you can get across town in this condition but can’t stand a little alcohol and a bandage.”

“It’s the adrenalin,” I managed to say right before I downed a handful of various pain killers.

“You’d be dead if it weren’t for me,” he sighed.

I shrugged, “Yeah.” It was the truth, I never denied it. There were dozens of times I would have died without Yuuno’s amateur doctoring skills. There were also about a hundred times I would have starved without Yuuno’s cooking skills and about a thousand times I probably would have shot myself if he hadn’t been here to talk me out of it. Besides, in my business it was nice to have at least one person you could trust fully.

When I said we were lifelong friends I meant it. He’d been through it all with me Hell, he even joined the Scaglietti organization as an accountant when I joined. To be honest I didn’t know why he did it for me. I was about as worthless as they came. And it’s not like I ever asked him to stay, but he did none the less. He deserved a better friend.

“Now that I’m sure you’re not going to die,” Yuuno stood up and straightened his glasses. “Would you like to tell me why there’s a naked woman on your couch?”

I winced. I had hoped he’d not seen her. That was silly of course because my couch was placed only feet away from my front door. When he hadn’t mentioned it I’d hoped he’d forgotten to put on his glasses. “Well… it’s a long story…”

“Nanoha.” He looked at me over his rims. His “stern” look. “I thought we agreed you wouldn’t bring anymore of ‘them’ home now that you have Vivio to look after.”

The “them” in question were the different women I used to bring home on a regular basis. The key word was used to. I hadn’t done it in months not since I took in Vivio.

Vivio was my daughter by adoption. I’d found on an assignment a while ago. She was alone and that’s all I needed to know, nothin’ else really matters. To be honest I didn’t take her in with her well being in mind, it was more to easy my soul. I’m just selfish like that. But that didn’t change the fact that we were family now, all three of us actually. Hell, Yuuno was a far better parent then I.


But I digress. I still hadn’t explained anything to Yuuno and by the way he was staring at me I could tell he wasn’t going to let me crawl away.

“You see,” I fidgeted around as I pulled on a t-shirt. “The last assignment I got was to one of the clone warehouses…” I trailed off hoping he could fill in the blanks himself.

“So… there’s a clone in the living room,” He eyed me suspiciously. I could tell his mind was still on my less then noble pastimes.

I held up my hands. “I swear it’s the truth.”

“If she is a clone why do you have her?” He crossed his arms. “I know you can’t afford one on your salary.”

“A gift from the boss.” I leaned back in my chair letting the legs lift off the floor.

“He’s never given you a gift in your life,” Yuuno had every right to be suspicious of course. It was true. The boss wasn’t big on “bonuses”. He gave only one. It was the one way trip to hell he gave you when you ticked him off.

“Well she’s spoiled goods,” I shrugged. It didn’t matter really I’d probably find someone who’d buy her. Eventually. Actually I could try to give her away and no one would want her.

“Oh lovely,” Yuuno sighed.

I slammed the chair legs down and leaned forward trying my best to look utterly sickingly cute. “Mou~ Yuuno-kun~ don’t be angry~”

“Mou?” His face broke into a smile followed by chuckling. “You haven’t said that since you were nine.”

“Just because I’m a 22 year old bodyguard doesn’t mean I can’t be cute.”

He laughed harder, “don’t let anyone else hear you like that.” I didn’t plan to.

I started to speak but was interrupted by the doorbell. …The doorbell! We both froze. We also both knew who it was and we both were trying to figure out a way to hide the girl and answer the door at the same time.

Yuuno eyed me and I eyed Yuuno.

His eyes grew wide and he shook his head, “Oh no Nanoha. You got yourself into this you get yourself out.”

“I wasn’t going to ask you to.” Yuuno didn’t believe I was capable of handling myself apparently. Of course I had been hoping he’d offer.

I stood up and left my room. He followed a few steps behind me. I rounded into the living room just as my visitor pounded again on the door. I looked from the door to the girl still on my couch. I quickly tugged the spare blanket, that I had haphazardly thrown over her, over her head, as if she were some sort of body I needed to dispose of (not that I knew about getting rid of dead bodies… really). Then, making sure to position myself so my visitor wouldn’t have a good view no matter where they stood, I opened the door.

“What were you doing Nanoha? Don’t tell me you were sleeping at this hour,” The deep gruff voice could only belong to one man, Zafira “the wolf” Yagami, my neighbor, friend, and babysitter. He was a big guy, the kind I would have expected to see hanging around the toughest joints, if I didn’t know him that is.

The truth about the guy was much more humorous. He was part of the Yagami family. The Yagami family had once been a powerful crime group, now they were just a part of the Scaglietti Organization. Jail had had the head of the family killed several years back and now its members were forced to work for him. Not that the few living members minded that much, their entire lives revolved around keeping the family’s heir alive. Of course it was hard when the girl was unaware of the… activities of her family.

The Yagami’s lived next door to me. Yuuno and I ended up being good friends with them though we had trouble figuring out what we were supposed to tell Hayate we did. She currently believed Yuuno worked as an accountant working for some big, nonillegal, company and I was a gym teacher.

Back to Zafira. The white haired, blue suited man had put me on guard when we first met, but I soon realized he was nearly as frightening as everyone thought he was. In fact he was quite soft. For example, most people in the organization believed Zafira was called “the wolf” because he was a cold, lone warrior. What they didn’t know is the name actually originated from him getting drunk at a Christmas party and letting Hayate put dog ears on him.

And of course he had a very important reason for being at my door. A reason that involved the kid on his back.

“Mama mama! Zaffy took me to the zoo!” Vivio poked her head around his shoulder. “I saw an ela…eley…ely…” she furrowed her brow adorably. “Eleyphant!” She declared this very proudly and I couldn’t help but grin.

“That’s great sweetie,” I turned from Vivio to Zafira my grin fading. “And no. Yuuno was just patching me up.”

Zafira nodded, “You should have Shamal look at that.”

I shrugged, Shamal was a doctor, both for the organization and for people outside of it. “It’s not that bad.”

“If you say so,” Zafira turned around, giving me access to my little girl, who was clinging to him like a baby koala.

I picked her up, “Thanks for the help.”

“Anytime,” he turned back around. He paused and a funny look on his face. “What’s that?”

My eyes widened. “Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing unusual here, just me and Yuuno,” Yuuno waved.

“Nanoha…” He leaned down, looking me in the eyes. “…you didn’t bring work home did you?”

My mouth fell open; he thought I’d brought a dead body to my house? What kind of sloppy work did he think I did? “No it’s nothing like that. It’s just… you know… pillows.”

“Pillows?” He raised an eyebrow. “Quite the unique pillows.”

“Well you know Nanoha and… pillows,” Yuuno stepped forward blocking Zafira’s view further.

Zafira shook his head, “I should head home, Hayate’s cooking tonight and I’m getting hungry.”

“See you later Zafira,” I waved at his retreating figure. I shut the door with the hand not supporting Vivio and turned back to my best friend. “That was too close.”

“Too close?” Yuuno laughed. “We’re lucky he’s not the curious type. Honestly… pillows?”

I put Vivio down on the ground. “I was rushed.”

Yuuno chuckled and shook his head, his pony tail whipped around and smacking him in the face. I laughed. He turned a little red.

Even Vivio giggled, “Yuuno-papa looks silly.”

He flipped back his hair as he squatted down. He ruffled Vivio’s hair, causing her to giggle even more. I admit it was a cute scene. We were an odd family to say the least. It was going to be awkward in the coming years when we would have to explain that while Vivio has a mom and dad they’re not together and have never been together. But… we were a family that was undeniable.

This simple, quiet scene was near perfect… only to be interrupted by the sound of rustling sheets. I froze, Yuuno froze and Vivio blinked and behind us a soft sort of moan could be heard.

I turned slowly. She was starting to sit up. She was squinting, unused to the light I guessed. She moved to face me; her eyes were a gentle red, different from to color of blood I was so used to.

“I-” I started to speak but I was immediately hit by the fact she still wasn’t clothed. I looked down at Yuuno and found he was just as embarrassed as me, if not more so. He had turned his head so far away I thought it’d snap off.

She tilted her head to the side, “Who are you?” Her voice was soft, barely above a whisper.

“Nanoha. I’m Takamachi… Nanoha.”

“Nano…ha. Nanoha,” she repeated my name. She nodded. A small happy smile crept onto her face. “Nanoha! And who am I?”

What was her name? Clones tended to be given serial numbers not names. I looked around, Yuuno had left a bag of groceries on the table. Some of them had spilled out. Candy Smuckers… too hookerish, Pam Butterworth… maybe if she was my grandma. I spotted a box of uncooked pasta, Testarossa. That was a good last name. But a first name… a first name… I looked around again, a bar of soap caught my eye. “Fate! You’re Fate Testarossa.”

Part 1 for those who don't remember or missed it.

Oh wow that's going to be awkward to explain to Vivio. Nanoha is a pretty bad liar. I like how she got the name.

“He’s never given you a gift in your life,” Yuuno had every right to be suspicious of course. It was true. The boss wasn’t big on “bonuses”. He gave only one. It was the one way trip to hell he gave you when you ticked him off.

“Well she’s spoiled goods,” I shrugged. It didn’t matter really I’d probably find someone who’d buy her. Eventually. Actually I could try to give her away and no one would want her.

“Oh lovely,” Yuuno sighed.

I slammed the chair legs down and leaned forward trying my best to look utterly sickingly cute. “Mou~ Yuuno-kun~ don’t be angry~”

“Mou?” His face broke into a smile followed by chuckling. “You haven’t said that since you were nine.”

“Just because I’m a 22 year old bodyguard doesn’t mean I can’t be cute.”

He laughed harder, “don’t let anyone else hear you like that.” I didn’t plan to.

I started to speak but was interrupted by the doorbell. …The doorbell! We both froze. We also both knew who it was and we both were trying to figure out a way to hide the girl and answer the door at the same time.

Yuuno eyed me and I eyed Yuuno.

His eyes grew wide and he shook his head, “Oh no Nanoha. You got yourself into this you get yourself out.”

“I wasn’t going to ask you to.” Yuuno didn’t believe I was capable of handling myself apparently. Of course I had been hoping he’d offer.

I stood up and left my room. He followed a few steps behind me. I rounded into the living room just as my visitor pounded again on the door. I looked from the door to the girl still on my couch. I quickly tugged the spare blanket, that I had haphazardly thrown over her, over her head, as if she were some sort of body I needed to dispose of (not that I knew about getting rid of dead bodies… really). Then, making sure to position myself so my visitor wouldn’t have a good view no matter where they stood, I opened the door.

“What were you doing Nanoha? Don’t tell me you were sleeping at this hour,” The deep gruff voice could only belong to one man, Zafira “the wolf” Yagami, my neighbor, friend, and babysitter. He was a big guy, the kind I would have expected to see hanging around the toughest joints, if I didn’t know him that is.

The truth about the guy was much more humorous. He was part of the Yagami family. The Yagami family had once been a powerful crime group, now they were just a part of the Scaglietti Organization. Jail had had the head of the family killed several years back and now its members were forced to work for him. Not that the few living members minded that much, their entire lives revolved around keeping the family’s heir alive. Of course it was hard when the girl was unaware of the… activities of her family.

The Yagami’s lived next door to me. Yuuno and I ended up being good friends with them though we had trouble figuring out what we were supposed to tell Hayate we did. She currently believed Yuuno worked as an accountant working for some big, nonillegal, company and I was a gym teacher.

Back to Zafira. The white haired, blue suited man had put me on guard when we first met, but I soon realized he was nearly as frightening as everyone thought he was. In fact he was quite soft. For example, most people in the organization believed Zafira was called “the wolf” because he was a cold, lone warrior. What they didn’t know is the name actually originated from him getting drunk at a Christmas party and letting Hayate put dog ears on him.

And of course he had a very important reason for being at my door. A reason that involved the kid on his back.

“Mama mama! Zaffy took me to the zoo!” Vivio poked her head around his shoulder. “I saw an ela…eley…ely…” she furrowed her brow adorably. “Eleyphant!” She declared this very proudly and I couldn’t help but grin.

“That’s great sweetie,” I turned from Vivio to Zafira my grin fading. “And no. Yuuno was just patching me up.”

Zafira nodded, “You should have Shamal look at that.”

I shrugged, Shamal was a doctor, both for the organization and for people outside of it. “It’s not that bad.”

“If you say so,” Zafira turned around, giving me access to my little girl, who was clinging to him like a baby koala.

I picked her up, “Thanks for the help.”

“Anytime,” he turned back around. He paused and a funny look on his face. “What’s that?”

My eyes widened. “Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing unusual here, just me and Yuuno,” Yuuno waved.

“Nanoha…” He leaned down, looking me in the eyes. “…you didn’t bring work home did you?”

My mouth fell open; he thought I’d brought a dead body to my house? What kind of sloppy work did he think I did? “No it’s nothing like that. It’s just… you know… pillows.”

“Pillows?” He raised an eyebrow. “Quite the unique pillows.”

“Well you know Nanoha and… pillows,” Yuuno stepped forward blocking Zafira’s view further.

Zafira shook his head, “I should head home, Hayate’s cooking tonight and I’m getting hungry.”

“See you later Zafira,” I waved at his retreating figure. I shut the door with the hand not supporting Vivio and turned back to my best friend. “That was too close.”

“Too close?” Yuuno laughed. “We’re lucky he’s not the curious type. Honestly… pillows?”

I put Vivio down on the ground. “I was rushed.”

Yuuno chuckled and shook his head, his pony tail whipped around and smacking him in the face. I laughed. He turned a little red.

Even Vivio giggled, “Yuuno-papa looks silly.”

He flipped back his hair as he squatted down. He ruffled Vivio’s hair, causing her to giggle even more. I admit it was a cute scene. We were an odd family to say the least. It was going to be awkward in the coming years when we would have to explain that while Vivio has a mom and dad they’re not together and have never been together. But… we were a family that was undeniable.

This simple, quiet scene was near perfect… only to be interrupted by the sound of rustling sheets. I froze, Yuuno froze and Vivio blinked and behind us a soft sort of moan could be heard.

I turned slowly. She was starting to sit up. She was squinting, unused to the light I guessed. She moved to face me; her eyes were a gentle red, different from to color of blood I was so used to.

“I-” I started to speak but I was immediately hit by the fact she still wasn’t clothed. I looked down at Yuuno and found he was just as embarrassed as me, if not more so. He had turned his head so far away I thought it’d snap off.

She tilted her head to the side, “Who are you?” Her voice was soft, barely above a whisper.

“Nanoha. I’m Takamachi… Nanoha.”

“Nano…ha. Nanoha,” she repeated my name. She nodded. A small happy smile crept onto her face. “Nanoha! And who am I?”

What was her name? Clones tended to be given serial numbers not names. I looked around, Yuuno had left a bag of groceries on the table. Some of them had spilled out. Candy Smuckers… too hookerish, Pam Butterworth… maybe if she was my grandma. I spotted a box of uncooked pasta, Testarossa. That was a good last name. But a first name… a first name… I looked around again, a bar of soap caught my eye. “Fate! You’re Fate Testarossa.”

“It’s the adrenalin,” I managed to say right before I downed a handful of various pain killers.

“You’d be dead if it weren’t for me,” he sighed.

I shrugged, “Yeah.” It was the truth, I never denied it. There were dozens of times I would have died without Yuuno’s amateur doctoring skills. There were also about a hundred times I would have starved without Yuuno’s cooking skills and about a thousand times I probably would have shot myself if he hadn’t been here to talk me out of it. Besides, in my business it was nice to have at least one person you could trust fully.

When I said we were lifelong friends I meant it. He’d been through it all with me Hell, he even joined the Scaglietti organization as an accountant when I joined. To be honest I didn’t know why he did it for me. I was about as worthless as they came. And it’s not like I ever asked him to stay, but he did none the less. He deserved a better friend.

“Now that I’m sure you’re not going to die,” Yuuno stood up and straightened his glasses. “Would you like to tell me why there’s a naked woman on your couch?”

I winced. I had hoped he’d not seen her. That was silly of course because my couch was placed only feet away from my front door. When he hadn’t mentioned it I’d hoped he’d forgotten to put on his glasses. “Well… it’s a long story…”

“Nanoha.” He looked at me over his rims. His “stern” look. “I thought we agreed you wouldn’t bring anymore of ‘them’ home now that you have Vivio to look after.”

The “them” in question were the different women I used to bring home on a regular basis. The key word was used to. I hadn’t done it in months not since I took in Vivio.

Vivio was my daughter by adoption. I’d found on an assignment a while ago. She was alone and that’s all I needed to know, nothin’ else really matters. To be honest I didn’t take her in with her well being in mind, it was more to easy my soul. I’m just selfish like that. But that didn’t change the fact that we were family now, all three of us actually. Hell, Yuuno was a far better parent then I.


But I digress. I still hadn’t explained anything to Yuuno and by the way he was staring at me I could tell he wasn’t going to let me crawl away.

“You see,” I fidgeted around as I pulled on a t-shirt. “The last assignment I got was to one of the clone warehouses…” I trailed off hoping he could fill in the blanks himself.

“So… there’s a clone in the living room,” He eyed me suspiciously. I could tell his mind was still on my less then noble pastimes.

Math classes are boring. Very boring. On the bright side, having a firm grip on the subject does give me the liberty to my eyes and mind wonder, and enjoy the nice views outside.

Though right now, the best view is to my right.

Sitting next to you and watching you chew on your pen in boredom. A most casual sight if there ever was one, and yet I could hardly wish for a better one.

It’s been almost two years now since Vivio joined with us, and it seems she managed to fit in perfectly. She had a bit of a stumbleblock at the beginning –after all, being the daughter of one of the most famous mages in the TSAB tends to attract a lot of questions- but she dealt with it just fine.

Of course, being that she was new I felt sort of responsible to look out for her. Calling some order to the pushy ones asking questions was easy enough, but you still had to deal with the curiosity.

Then again, this class is very easy going, and easily accepts new or strange things, so I shouldn’t have been worried.

But I always felt a bond between us ever since we first talked. Was it because you never asked questions to my strange appearance? I am quite tall, after all, and the eyepatch often gets questions fired at me.

Or maybe it was because of our similar backgrounds? Both of us have family high up in the Bureau, after all.

Regardless of what it was, I would never want to forsake the friendship you and I forged that day.

When was it then, I wonder, that these feeling of friendship turned into something... more?

Or maybe it was always like this. Maybe it was ever since you walked into this classroom, proudly stating your name and giving everyone that adorable smile of yours.

Yes, that smile.

That smile which I love and cherish, the smile that makes you shine so much.

It really isn’t that hard to see why I have grown to love you.

Because I love you, Vivio.

Epilogue

”He's coming back today.” A red haired woman psyches herself in a corner. ”I'll tell him now. I was so worried when he was kidnapped.” She continues motivating herself.

After few hundred minutes, she gets out from the corner and walks up to the counter to wait for him. The time ticked anxiously away until he finally arrived.

”!” She was shocked to see the blond man accompanied by the man who kidnapped him. ”The-they eloped!?” She deduces instantly.

”Ehm...” Yuuno coughes loudly. ”So, here's our new staff member, Aren Genran.” The black haired man waves at the mention of his name. ”Mary-chan, will you show him how things go around here?” He asks the red haired woman dripping cold sweat.

”You know, Yuuno, that I already know how things go here.” Aren grins at the blond man.

”It is certain! There's no honorfic!”

”Even so.” Yuuno pushes the man forward.

”Well, it seems you got stuck with me.” Aren laughs guiltily, scratching his head. ”Sorry that I'm taking your time like this.”

”It's okay.” Mary answers in deep thought. ”H-how long have you and Yuuno-kun been together?” She asks embarrased.

”Together? Lets see... almost two weeks maybe.” Aren replies innocently.

”So, that kidnapping was a spur of the moment?” Mary inquires curiously.

”No, that was planned.” Aren smiles playfully.

”How long did you plan that?” Mary continues and gestures at a row of chairs for more comfortable discussion spot.

”About a day.” Aren tilts his head from side to side.

”What made you do it so quickly?” Mary puts her elbovs on the table and creates a hammock from her fingers to lay her head in.

”He piqued my interst.” Aren nods firmly.

”How so?”

”Well,” Aren scratches his chin. ”he's a good guy, intelligent and... I think there was something else but I can't remember it...” He finishes with his eyes searching for salvation.

”So, you fell for him the moment you saw him?” Mary asks suggestively.

”No, I think it was the other way. He fell when he touched me.” Aren explains.

”Touched you?!” Mary rises up shocked. ”Um... Sorry.” She sits back embarrased.

”It's okay. It's hard to believe for most.” Aren laughs uneasily.

”I can see that.” Mary glances at Yuuno, greeting his collegues. ”This might be personal but have you done it yet?”

”It?” Aren blinks.

”You know, slept together.” Mary explains distantly.

”Slept together...?” Aren reminences aloud.

”What do you mean you have to be near me all time?!” Yuuno yelled with a quiet voice.

[I can't drain unless I'm near somebody with a linker core.] The golden watch explains.

”Fine.” Yuuno sighs and hides the watch under his pillow.

”We have.” He nods after confirming his memories.

”Whoa,” Mary lets her jaw drop. ”you sure have progressed in two weeks.” She closes it sadly.

”You'd be surprised how far we are in our project.” Aren winks.

”You call it project?” Mary protests slightly angry.

”I could call it biological research as well.”

”...” Mary's brain stop to visualise what he just heard. ”Oh god.” She grabs her head.

”What's wrong?” Aren moves to the woman.

”Mind images...” Mary explains, attempting to supress her over analyzing brain.

”Mind images?” Aren turns his head away to think for a second. ”No, we have machines for visuals.” He comforts.

”Stoooop...!” Mary runs away, covering her ears.

”It's been a while.” A blond woman grins because of the woman hugging her.

”Too long.” Nanoha gives a quick peck on her forehead before leaving to make breakfast.

Fate stays behind and flexes her sleepy limbs. It was the beginning of their second week's holiday.

”What is this!?” Nanoha screams from the kitchen.

”Just as planned.” Fate gleams and rises up to see the results.

”Faaaateee-chaaan...” Nanoha turns her head from the ground and looks at the giggling blond. ”This wasn't your doing, was this?” She inspects the sticky, sweet stuff she is covered in.

”I confess nothing.” Fate turns her face away and crosses her arms.

”How did you get this much of this?” Nanoha ponders and runs her hand through her hair, catching a handful of the substance. ”Tasty tho...” She licks her fingertips.

”It was worth it.” Fate snickers, watching Nanoha attempting to remove the stuff of her.

”And how did you get it in the drawer so it would fall on me?” She looks up at the open drawer, dripping from the same stuff she is covered in.

”Level 7 information.” Fate states firmly.

”You will join me in the shower, won't you?” Nanoha smiles playfully.

”Only if promise not to use syrup as a weapon.” Fate tilts her head, narrowing her eyes.

”Alright.” Nanoha nods instantly. ”I got other stuff too...” She mutters quietly.

”Did you say something?” Fate questions, walking closer to the woman.

”I said 'Only if you taste this'.” She lies with a smile.

”T-taste it...?” Fate twitches and blushes slightly. ”But... it's on... you...” She reasons while turning around.

”I tasted the syrup from you too.” Nanoha grins and hugs Fate. ”C'mon.” She brings her sticky hand close to Fate's mouth.

”Well... here goes.” Fate licks the hand quickly. ”Tastes strange.”

”You didn't taste it before you made that trap?” Nanoha asks surprised.

”Nope.” Fate shakes her head.

”Shame.” Nanoha licks her hand again. ”Jam as good as this shouldn't be wasted.” She sighs and lets Fate go from her sticky hug. ”But you kept the waffle theme quite well.”

”I was aiming for that.” Fate turns around and smiles amiably.

”But strawberry... Did you pick what I liked on purpose?” Nanoha ponders and takes another lick from her arm.

”I thought I would be forgiven more easily that way.” Fate answers.

”Aaaw... You're even sweeter than the jam.” Nanoha hugs the woman again. ”You are forgiven.” She gives a quick kiss on the cheek and grabs Fate's arm. ”Now... I need somebody to remove this from me.”

”I'll come to th- Wait! What do you mean by somebody?!” Fate yells, bright red.

”What indeed?” Nanoha grins and vanishes into the bathroom.

”Have you calmed down now?” Aren asks the red haired woman, who just moments ago was running around the library in furious denial.

”Yea.” Mary tries to gulp down her nervousness. ”But who would have thought...” She sighs dissapointed.

”Um... Yeah...” Aren lifts his eyebrow, completely obvious of what she meant. ”Putting that aside.” He emotioned lifting an object and moving it away with his hands. ”How do things go around here?”

”That can wait.” Mary waved and leaned closer to Aren. ”So what have you two done?” She asks boldly.

”What you ask...” Aren fidgets in search of an answer. ”Reading, visiting tem-historical sites, researching and then there was that party.”

”Sound like Yuuno-kun but a party?” Mary inquires curiously.

”Yeah, that party of new RF6 personel.” Aren explains.

”Hmm... What did you do there?” Mary lifts her coffee cup to drink from it.

”Karaoke, eating, mingling and such. Normal party stuff, I guess.”

”Sounds pretty normal.” Mary sighs and takes a sip. ”What was for food?” She asks for the lack of anything better to talk about.

”Let's see...” Aren holds his chin again. ”We had cake, tacos and quite a few drinks.”

That instant, Mary sput out the coffee in her mouth. ”Cake and tacos!?” She yells loudly.

”Yeah... You know-”

”Yes I know!” She nods almost relucantly. ”What kind of party was that!?”

”New personel...” Aren lowers his voice.

”But to serve stuff like that! What kind of place is this RF6?!” Mary continues to yell.

”I heard they're pretty close.” Aren answers, defeated by Mary's shouts.

”...” Mary stopped at that place and moment. ”Did Yuuno-kun have any...?”

”He did although Miachell did drag him away at the middle and we didn't see him since.”

”Um.” Mary jumps up hastily. ”Thanks Aren-kun. I think we can get a long well.” She waves and runs towards the blonde librarian handing orders.

”Finally she's calmed down.” Aren exhales relieved and makes himself comfortable on the chair.

Math classes are boring. Very boring. On the bright side, having a firm grip on the subject does give me the liberty to my eyes and mind wonder, and enjoy the nice views outside.

Though right now, the best view is to my right.

Sitting next to you and watching you chew on your pen in boredom. A most casual sight if there ever was one, and yet I could hardly wish for a better one.

It’s been almost two years now since Vivio joined with us, and it seems she managed to fit in perfectly. She had a bit of a stumbleblock at the beginning –after all, being the daughter of one of the most famous mages in the TSAB tends to attract a lot of questions- but she dealt with it just fine.

Of course, being that she was new I felt sort of responsible to look out for her. Calling some order to the pushy ones asking questions was easy enough, but you still had to deal with the curiosity.

Then again, this class is very easy going, and easily accepts new or strange things, so I shouldn’t have been worried.

But I always felt a bond between us ever since we first talked. Was it because you never asked questions to my strange appearance? I am quite tall, after all, and the eyepatch often gets questions fired at me.

Or maybe it was because of our similar backgrounds? Both of us have family high up in the Bureau, after all.

Regardless of what it was, I would never want to forsake the friendship you and I forged that day.

When was it then, I wonder, that these feeling of friendship turned into something... more?

Or maybe it was always like this. Maybe it was ever since you walked into this classroom, proudly stating your name and giving everyone that adorable smile of yours.

Yes, that smile.

That smile which I love and cherish, the smile that makes you shine so much.

It really isn’t that hard to see why I have grown to love you.

Well, got the first chapter of this new fic idea done. The title is tentative and any feedback would be great before I get to work on the next chapter

“Alright, I’ll see you tomorrow!”

“Mm, see you tomorrow.”

Nanoha Takamachi waved off to the brunette girl who was making her way out of the classroom at the end of the school day. Many students had already gone on their way to after school activities or back home as soon as they were dismissed. Two students were at the front of the room were on clean up duty and would probably be around for another half hour or so sweeping the floors and straightening out the desks. There were two others towards the back of the room engaged in a light conversation. One of them turned her head towards Nanoha.

“Nanoha, are you ready to go?”

“Ah, sorry Fate-chan. Let’s get going.”

The third girl giggled and brushed some stray strands of hair from her face, “Don’t rush yourself, Nanoha-chan. It’s not like we have anything too important to do.”

“Nyahaha. I know Hayate-chan, but I don’t want to keep you and Fate-chan waiting too long.”

Now with everyone accounted for, the trio made their way out of the school building and passed the gates. The sky was already starting to shift from blue to a reddish-orange as the sun began its descent. While it would have been easier to catch the bus back to their place, it wasn’t a far walk and the weather was nice and warm. It also gave them time to talk before they ended up collapsing on the couches inside their apartment and not wanting to do anything for some time.

A short hill climb later they found themselves at their intended destination. After the walk, they were too tired to take the stairs and thus opted for the elevator to take them to the fourth floor. The door slid open with a soft hiss following the sweeping of their security card on the wall panel. Inside they were greeted by the cooler, air conditioned air of their fair sized apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Shoes were quickly removed and bodies were soon sprawled out on the comfortable couches.

“Ahhh,” sighs Nanoha. “Good to be back in here.”

“I don’t know if I can take another one of that teacher’s lectures,” grumbled their blond companion who had her face buried in a pillow.

From the window, Hayate giggled at her two friends. It had been quite a day with lectures on top of those exams. It seemed that no matter where you went you couldn’t escape exams or school. The sun was now lower in the sky, bathing the entire city in its reddish-orange glow. Gazing out the window, Hayate couldn’t help but think of how peaceful it looked now. However, they all knew that it was only temporary. Her mind began to wander back to how they ended up here in the first place…

Several days ago aboard the Arthra…

“Nanoha-chan! Fate-chan!”

Both 14 year old girls turned around at the call of their names. Just down the corridor they could see Hayate running up to them still dressed in her school uniform.

“Ah, Hayate-chan! Did you get called to this emergency briefing, too?”

She nodded, “Yea, they brought me aboard as soon as I was able to. Though have you two heard anything about what this is about?”

Fate shakes her head, “We know just as much as you. It could be some high-class Lost Logia with the level of urgency.”

Although rare, this would not have been the first time the trio was called to duty so abruptly. Most of their missions outside of TSAB training involved the investigation and recovery of Lost Logia and Relics. Some complications arose here and there but overall the missions were fairly routine. These missions would usually involve two or three of them working together on other worlds. They figured that it was due to their prior experiences and success in dealing with hazardous Lost Logia, though their connections to the higher-ups might also be another factor.

Stepping into the briefing room, they found it to be a lot more crowded than they had expected. Several officers from the Intelligence Division were pouring over papers and numerous monitors of data. The main monitors had still images of what they presumed was the target world rotating through them. One of the Intelligence Division officers, a major according to his markings, looked up from his monitor at the newcomers.

“Ah, you’re here. We can get started then.”

It took a few moments for the room to settle down before he began, “As of 1450 hours local time we detected a massive dimensional dislocation on Non-Administered World 66. Nearby ships reported the reading to HQ and a scouting team was immediately dispatched to investigate.”

A press of a button brought up a new image on the main monitor, displaying a large city surrounded on one side by an ocean and hills on the others. It looked like a normal city had it not been for the massive black object covering a portion of it. Above the center a small sphere could be barely made out due to the white stripes circling it.

“The scout team came to conclude that this…thing is the cause of the dimensional dislocation. Sensors were unable to penetrate the black mass, but superficial readings indicated that it was several hundred meters in diameter and had a thickness of a few nanometers. Not having encountered a dislocation of this type before, the scout team maintained orbit to continue analysis. That was when they noticed the inhabitants sending out these.”

Two more images materialized on either side of the first image. This time they were taken much closer to the ground. All eyes were locked on the alien forms being displayed. Both were gigantic based on the buildings in the background and were shaped just giant, armored people. One was blue with a large red ‘eye’ set in its helm while the second was red with what appeared to be four green ‘eyes.’

The major continued, “Our readings of these constructs show that they appear to be biological in nature with heavy mechanical modifications. The equipment on the scout ship weren’t designed for such analysis so our information is very limited. However, the cameras were able to get clear shots of the markings on the arms.”

Several images popped up on top of the current images, displaying enlarged images of the constructs shoulders and lower arms. The words ‘EVA 0’ on the shoulder and ‘PROTOTYPE’ on the lower arm were clearly visible on the blue one while the red one had ‘EVA 2’ and ‘PRODUCTION’ written on it.

“These EVAs appear to have been made by the residents of this world. How, we do not know given what we know of their current technological level and the disaster 15 local years ago. What we have been able to tell is that these constructs were made with some specific purpose in mind. Usually we would not make a big fuss about it had it not been for the dimensional dislocation and what happened the following day.”

A second monitor overlapped the first to play a recording from the ship in orbit. The camera was zoomed in on the black and white sphere floating above the black mass. At first, there was nothing. Then the sphere started to quiver. Beneath it the mass began to crack, exposing a deep crimson. The camera remained focused on the sphere when something pushed its way out from inside of it, sending a spray of what appeared to be blood onto the mass below. Ripples and cracks spread from the protruding object around the entire sphere until a second object burst forth, now identifiable as hands amidst the shower of blood. Everyone in the room couldn’t tear their eyes from the monitor as the hands gripped the sides and tore the hole larger. From the steady widening tear an armored head with a single horn emerged and opened its mouth. There was no sound, but you would almost hear it crying out as it forcefully ripped its way free of the sphere. It landed on the cracked ground, covered from head to toe in crimson while the remains of the sphere landed behind it.

The trio watched the horrific display, never having seen anything so animalistic before. Hayate had to cover her mouth in shock, desperately wishing for it to end and the building nausea to leave her. When the video came to an end, they could only stare at the frozen image of that thing covered in blood with its mouth open and head tilted back as if screaming to the heavens above in triumph.

“Shortly after this, numerous helicopters and other vehicles with an organization’s marking converged on the third construct. Due to all the activity, it was difficult to acquire much information, but a white tube was ejected from its back, leading to the theory that these things are operated by one or more people riding inside.”

He took a breath before continuing, “During the…destruction of the black mass all signs of the dimensional dislocation vanished, supporting the idea that it was the cause. However, we also got other readings. When the construct was…freeing itself sensors detected unusual barrier readings coming from the sphere. Magical barrier readings. The destruction of the black mass also left the area saturated in residual magic.”

That revelation led to whispers being exchanged between the room’s occupants. The major had expected this and waited a moment before continuing.

“As a result, an official investigation has been started to determine the origin of magic being used on this world. A second ship was deployed to the world to take further readings and discovered a large amount of residual magic on the planet’s South Pole, the same location of the disaster 15 years ago. Combined with older residual magic in the city and the surrounding area as well as unusual readings coming from below the city itself it has been decided to deploy an undercover team to investigate the source of this magic. An outright intervention has been deemed to dangerous should whoever is involved with the source of the magic and potential Lost Logia have ill intent given the magic levels involved here. Therefore, lieutenants Takamachi, Harlaown, and Yagami shall be deployed to the city to investigate.”

Even though they were expecting it, the mission was still a surprise to the trio. Nanoha was the first to speak up, “But why us, sir?”

“From what intelligence we could gather the city is pretty much run by whatever organization also controls the contracts. The majority of the adults work for them in one way or another which makes sending our own people difficult due to their tight security screenings. However, their local school is more lax in security and would be easier for someone to get enrolled and pose as a student to blend in. From what records we managed to gather, there was been a constant stream of incoming and outgoing students so enrolling you in the school would not be a problem. Also, we picked up on a rumor that some people involved with those constructs attend the local school as well.”

Fate crossed her arms over her chest and leaned back, “Which would also let us check up on that rumor.”

“Precisely. Preparations are almost complete for your lodging and other items you will need to blend in. The mission file will contain information on the world as well as all of our intel on what we have managed to find on the constructs and the organization and your cover story. We will contact you once we near the world. Dismissed.”

Everyone except the Intelligence Division shuffled out of the room and into the hallway. The trio decided to head off to the mess hall to read over the mission files.

“Well,” sighs Hayate, “this is going to be interesting.”

The other two nod in agreement, reflecting on what’s to come.

In all the time I have been with the military I had never once wished something would happen just so I could do something. Be it a scramble, alert, sudden training, working out, shopping for the week's food, cooking... something always had my interest. So much so that I often stayed up late to make sure I got everything done. Now, however, I found myself doing something I haven't done in I don't know how long. I was laying on the couch with ear buds in to listen to Tia's music via her mp3 type device. Arf was in her child form laying on top of me sleeping but I could tell by her tail lazily wagging and hitting my leg that she enjoyed the petting I was giving her. One hand hung off the couch and reached into a bag of chips that I had been munching on for a while now, even though I wasn't really all that hungry. Hayate was with Yuuno somewhere along with Signum and Shamal working on their secret weapon against Tri-Edge while my forwards were training with Fate outside in a barrier. Arf stretched out lightly and shifted to lay her head on my chest more, breathing steadily again almost immediately. Though all this, only one thought kept passing through my head: 'I am so bored!'

That morning the plan was to search the entire town looking for a clue, Villa del Toro was big, more than I expected, we started since 5:00 am, by lucky in my team were my friends, but I was no longer leader, this time Sky was leading along with more regulators,we search every house, every corner of the town, it seemed to be abandonated, now, nothing of this is important to mention exept by one thing, a armery that we found, inside of this was something inmense, covered with an enormus cloack,weremoved it and find a giant axe, a colosal one, like 20 meters of length

"What the..?! For what shall they do something like this?" I asked

"¡Ally están! ¡Matenlos, que no escapen!" They scream, they entered in the house, whealding pales and sticks, a battle started right there

"¡Los usaremos para alimentar a Los Ganados!" One of them screamed, after I killed him,I asked to Jasper

"What did he said?" Jasper put a bullet in the chest of another one after replyed to me

"'We will use them to feed Los Ganados' or something like that!" Alphonse cut out the head of another and asked

Karil was shooting very well, I'm not sure but I think she didn't miss in any shoot, then a woman apeared in fron of her, she charged against my friend, Karil shoot one,two, tree times, but the woman didn't stoped, but at the fourt shoot... the head of the woman explote and from it came out a horrible Slave making a horrible chill, still using the womans body, the Slave charge once more against Karil, I jumped in front of it and shooted against the Head of the just borned demon, it died inmediatly

"Sky! The situation isn't good!" I screamed, before he could answer, a man half transfgormed into a slave entered in the romm, half of his body had been turned into a giant jaw and an enormus yellow eye was covering his entire face, aparently this onewas leadig the rest of the villagers, with a single move of his arm he launched Sky to the oposite side of the room, I shooted against him, the bullet didn't stopped him, he then charged against me, I was reloading when I feelt his body hitting mine, when I was on the floor, he grabed my leg and pulled me with violence to the back of the yard

"Agh..! Release me you bastard freak!" I screamed

"Karil!" Helga noticed me and she was following me, behind here, Alphonse was following me too, the half demon toke me to the kitchen and from there he break the wall and we reach the yard, I noticed that he was runing in direction to a cliff

"Hey! No, no! Stop! Stop!" I comanded him, he didn't obey and keep runing, Helga and Alphonse were still chasing me, the slave reach the cliff and launched me to it, but I quickly grabed his arm and pulled him with me, when we were falling I pull out my gun and shooted against his yellow eye, I used his corpse to amortiguate the fall, when we reach the floor I was quite descornetaded, by lucky, the clif wasn't very high I had fall something like 5 meters, I remained in the floor for a seconds totally dizzy... then I felt the Hand of Helga touching my face

"Vivio! Vivio! Are you allright?" I saw her and Alphonse both at my side

"Ow... my head. Were... were are we?"

"In something like a pit, I wonder... WHAAA!!!" Helga suddenly screamed, Alphonse holded her, I turn my face and saw why Helga had screamed, a human skull not far from my head, I quicly got up and when I looked better, I saw we were in a giant field covered with skelletons

Before anyone of us could say something the ground started to trumble, the we heare steps, giant steps that were coming from a enormus cave in front of us
