Revising chapter 2 since I've decided to opt-out Minerva's sustained flight capability in its default configuration.

How does this fare for a scene description where Inami first sees the Jabber drones:

Typical blond Caucasian student of American origin will go for Brian first and Eddie second, then Clay and Eric. The result is inverse with those with darker skin.

Not to be racist, but most people choose familiarity before exoticism.

Second answer: there are usually three images they have in mind
1. Manly, domineering alpha guy
2. Perverted, perpetually horny loser guy
3. Shy, submissive guy
4. Stoic, uncaring silent guy
5. Saint, ultimately kind guy

That is the general stereotype, doesn't mean only one of them is apply (for example, typical prince charming is 1 + 5, while typical popular bad boy is 1 + 4) but that's what they have in mind.

Mixed race people tend to get the most attention, since people consider them "The best of both worlds". It's probably why the Sarashiki's being half-Russian is so plausible/appealing to the fanbase.

@ Senpai - Anyway, is there any way to re-grow lost appendages?

Agree for that.

That aside, it's possible assuming the technology support it, because human appendage are very complex structure compared to, say, gecko tail or starfish arm.

Another question: Do the Golems have the autonomous capacity to hold someone hostage like how Megatron does to Hot Rod here?

I apologize if you can't view videos at the moment. It's basically the Golem restricting the hostage with one arm while using the cannon on the other arm to fend anyone else from trying to rescue the hostage.

Well, depends on their programming. The usual command is nothing more than "Kill em all" but since they use I.S. core, moar complex order CAN be issued.

To be fair, their skin color and outlandish hair/eye color (at least in comparison to the others) probably helped with that. The only other people with impossible hair is Laura (and she's a super soldier) and maybe Honne (though you can say it's a light version of red hair.

How about regaining a severed finger?

Rumbling noises slowly grow louder with the unknowns’ approach until it ends with loud mechanical thuds, suggesting that they have landed on the same area as he is. “The unknowns… They’re here.” “-Get a visual on them. We need to know what were up against here.-” Inami slowly inches his head out to peek around the rock pile where he sees three mechanical humanoids stepping towards the edge of the open tarmac. Their steps are heavy with the clanking noise of their armored feet hitting the concrete floor. While he is looking at them from behind, Inami was able to notice two of the humanoids sharing identical features; a single fin behind their blocky heads, spherical shoulders, a single thruster on their backs and one behind each leg which doesn’t seem to have any visible feet. Their lower legs appear to be shaped as one piece with a triangular base to keep them stable on the ground. Only sign of on-board weapons are the triple-barreled gun-like appendages on their right forelimbs as the other doesn’t appear to have anything of such. The other humanoid appears to have additional armor attachments mounted on its shoulders, legs and a blocky appendage on its left arm. Each of the shoulder attachments has twin exhaust vents behind them while the left arm’s appendage has one. Its legs also have additional thrusters, making it look bigger and slightly taller compared to the other two. The armored humanoid also has a bigger thruster unit mounted on its back. While it is apparent that these unknown humanoids are armed, Inami also realizes that the unknowns are not manned units as all their joints are entirely mechanical, especially their inhumanly thin cylindrical joint which connects the torso and the waist.
