that was a fuckin brutal episode. I can't believe Erwin was able to survive that and manage to still go. And that goddamn Titan that propelled Eren's furious hatred for Titans has made its return. Can't wait to see what happens.

Damm, that was an action filled episode.
So much emotion, so much tension and Titans.
And the Smiling Titan returns.
Can't wait to see what happens next.

I mean it was already obvious that the guy has a few loose screws, but damn, this episode cemented it, Erwin is one crazy mofo.

He's sent many soldiers to their death. I think in his eyes he feels he should be willing to do the same. And I agree.

I don't know about Ymir, but personally I feel that wanting to eat someone is a pretty big flaw that just can't be overlooked.

Yep, the only thing i disliked in the episode was the abusive ammounts of stillshots. Some parts looked like a slideshow..lol
Mikasa and Erwin are pure badasses!

I don't think that's what she meant. The previous episode was implying that people like Ymir had been turned into titans as punishment for their sins and transgressions, so I think that's what she was defending.

I used to think it strange that the most skilled cadets are sent to the military police, but I get it now. Zealotry, exemplified by Erwin in this episode, is the most important factor for fighting Titans. People who strive to join the military police and stay safe are worth less than scarecrows in battle.

Oh, and if anyone's curious about fortune telling through Bertholdt's sleeping posture, here's what the game had to say about it:
Spoiler for game, questionable canonicity:

Erwin

That is all...

Haven't seen a squad leader do something that epic since Treize Khushrenada in Gundam Wing...

So, again....

Erwin

Erwin is indeed the man. It's nice to see a commander willing to take as many risks as its soldiers.

Mikasa went full yandere in this ep, she was willing to kill anybody in her way. As for Armin, he played the role of the villain by lying to Bert about Annie. He's grown a lot since the early episodes. He assessed the situation quickly and managed a way to unnerve his enemy.

Can I say that Erwin is the ultimate bad ass of all the Scouts now?

Erwin is a beast! Let's hope he lives a long long life as the Scouts surely need him, his crazy plans and his insane devotion to humanity!

Also damn, Armin. That guy always gives me shivers when he gets full on evil, that look on his face coupled with this voice and words, Jesus, even Eren was like "WTF? Who are you and what did you do with little Ozean-loving Armin?".

Man, as terrible as their "crimes" are (I doubt they see it as crimes though) I really do pity Reiner, Bertholt and Annie. Looks like they were not prepared for this kinda undercover thing. The Ape guy should give them better lessons on how to do this kinda stuff without going mental.

Historia is a lot like Eren, but you know, kinder. Eren is the rage kind of idiot, she is the kind kind of idiot. xD

Never stick it in crazy.

Erwin's arm gets bitten of...
Erwin: Dis but a scratch

BRA are pretty much child soldiers indoctrinated at a young age and sent on a mission to kill millions and retrieve either Eren or Christa. As seen with Bert and Annie they are damaged fanatics with roles forced upon them.

On the other hand the Scout legion are fanatics with a clear goal... Free humanity from the terror of Titans.

Oh my the one who killed Eren's mom! *Sigh* Eren is going to lose his shit again, isn't he?

While Beast Titan is still on speaking terms with reality (unlike Reiner, who's more of an occasional pen pal with it), do you really think he's at home to sanity?
