There is a same case over here many years back, when an old woman had a sudden heart attack and require defibrillation. The doctor got stuck on another floor of the hospital, and a nurse refuse to assist the current team, saying that she is not part of the ward team, and asked who is going to pay for her legal fees if she gets sued when something goes wrong.

Unless there is a some sort of legal protection provided for being a good samaritian, there continues to be a fear of legal consequences for using your skills to good deeds.

On the other hand, some elderly people in such homes specifically sign contracts stating that they don't want CPR if something happens to them. They figure if they are going to go, they will go. They don't want to kill themselves, nor attempt to do foolish things, but they don't want to stay in this world any longer than they have to.

I wonder what Western government and corporation reactions will happen not that a certain torrent site is going to be hosted in North Korea. I am not quite sure of this site's rules regarding these issues, so I won't post the link(From their website), but a well known formerly Swedish site is now going to be hosted in North Korea, after the NK government offered to help them fight for the freedoms of voice.

I can imagine this turning fun. I mean, anyone else see North Korea attaching malware/spyware to every file?
