Kairin's Halloween Costume Suggestion Thread

Let's give Karin a pumpkin staff. You know, like a magic staff with a pumpkin head with a glowing eyes, nose, and mouth as part of her accessories instead of a broom. And if we're deciding for a witch costume, how 'bout replacing the mini skirt with a black bikini-like shorts (or whatever) to make it a little sexier no?

Mmm...the witch suggestion is fine but I'm not going to do another bikini-like shot of Kairin. There's the beach wallpaper pic if you want to see a sexier Kairin for now.

Instead of a black witch costume, how bout giving Kairin a red hat (a big witch hat), a white upper clothes, a red mini skirt with a slit on both sides, a black thigh-high stockings, and a red high heals. Oh! and let's give her a red cloak too and include that pumpkin staff I said ago.

How about a mixture of everyone's ideas. It'd be undecided Karin. she has a piece of every costume mentioned so far to show that she couldn't decide on a particular costume

I meant Gothic Lolita style clothing. That is a fashion existing in Japan which is pretty much what it sounds like. Maybe you were thrown off by my weird abreviation? If not, then I'm surprised you've never heard of it, but you will recognize the style. Some of what Hazuki wears in Tsukuyomi is Gothic Lolita. A lot of what Misha wears in Death Note is Gothic Lolita.

Ah, sorry to break this to you.... her cosplay has already been done. Perhaps someone should have mentioned it in this thread. She has decided to cosplay as a Queen. I think that the picture came out amazingly well and makes a really great wallpaper.

So I decided to give her a theme. Queen of the Sun. Yep, that big glowy scary face thing behind her is an abstract sun-thingy. Also the runes drawn on her dress are from an ancient song passed down for centuries about the Sun god.

The dress she's wearing is one used during the ceremony of the Sun god. It depicts the rising sun on her right hand side, with sleeves of sunset. The orb she has in her lap is called the Orb of the Heavens and shows the the Sun from an outerspace-type viewpoint.

The rubies on her crown are called SunFlame rubies. Very hard to find around these parts you know.

And what else can I say? It was a lot of fun designing her outfit + doing the background. This was probably the fastest time I've ever drawn something of this magnitude. Worked almost all day coloring for 7 days is always...interesting. I was afraid that if I rushed things out turn out too sloppy but I believe this was not the case with the picture.
