I'm a little suspicious of Rina. I don't know why though. They are practically like sisters so i see no need to be suspicious of her. Maybe it's just her personality. So does she have powers like Rio as well?

Anya's clumsiness never stops to make me laugh.

New character Dana, said Rio was going on a journey. I say either find her mother or maybe get the remaining gate holder cards and end up like her mother.

Also Linda makes an appearance, but we'll get to her next week.

Mystery Lady at the end, Seems like she told that guy to stage that duel against Rio.

usual day have rio wake up in rina's watery room!!!
then rio & rina talking with owner yet owner did his some research on rina & gave them day-off.
rina see the "cards" but not so fast there a ferret on guard.
mint bit hmm on rina while anya meet tree.
then meet & greet again anya tree car smasher.
rio & rina had some talk about "cards' & rio's mom then mint going hmm on it then card forture telling but interrupt by a call.
some big bull person challenge rio in a vending lottery with end up going drinking which lead for another rio win & bull running for water.
then more rio & rina time while owner peeps with a plan.
next day rina playing hmm something "hmm" on it then trap doors on rio & rina.
with owner doing a shoot out dual poor anya again never give her a gun & missed shot "hello".
rio & rina in cowboy outfit lots of miss-wind chant rio missed & "hello" while rina no effect & hits them then all even till last round with little trick pulling with one miss on rio then another trick with but in a draw give it all things patch up & everything ok.
card tell of a journey, owner got something with help of a robot female, & now looking unknown female is up to something.

next ep robot female, water slide, etc.

Aaarggh!!!

Yesterday I dumped two shows - Dragon Crisis (because if I want to hear Rie Kugumiya shouting "Ryuuji" I'll watch Toradora instead as that would be a better use of my time), and Oniichan this is a very very very very long title isn't it because... well, just because.

But this show, the sheer ridiculousness is strangely compelling. I just need to know how absurd the show can possibly get and can the next episode possibly be stupider?

Just how many Rio x Rina yuri doujinshis are liable to spring up after episode 4?
When will Anya be sued for major damages?
When will Howard be sued for sexual harassment?
Are robot girls and water a bad combination?

Maybe I've just got strange tastes, but this show is just compellingly daft.

The past between Rina and Rio is revealed. So, both of them had an unusual family life, so the two ended up together as childhood friends. Howard needs to update his information; he seems to only have last year's information. Because Chip does not know Rina, he scares her away from the gate cards. Rina hangs out for a day the the resort. Mint, being the girl she is, wishes to have Rio all for herself, and is suspicious about Rina's relationship with her. Meanwhile, Anya managed to not only run against a tree and trip over cement, but also ran into four trees that managed to topple over and destroy several cars. As Rio shows the ropes to Rina, Bull Hard shows up and crashes the party...somewhat. While both managed to win the vending machine contest, Rio won the drinking contest because he bought hot water. As we get more screenshots from Rio and Rina, Howard prepares a scheme regarding the two girls.

The next day is work day. Rose notes that the aura of Rina is cold, one filled with serious and concentration, which contrast Rio's aura, one of vibrancy and energy. Here, Howard introduces the shoot-out game. Poor Anya can't shoot for her life, which results in the sacrifice of parts of Elle and Ille's exposed skin. Rio and Rina face off. Rio is the only one who is harmed by the loose garments. Now, who is the woman who wishes to know everything about Rio? And what about that girl who knocked out an extra screw from her head. Is she...a robot? If so, why is she working on ships and water? Her skin must be made to be very waterproof. If not, why was there a screw stuck in her ear?

Cheesy show is cheesy but wth at least it's not downright horrible and Rio is pretty hot (especially in the ending o.0).

Anya tripping over and felling the palm trees was a little over the top
Are the trees made out of cardboard? However, if they are, how can they crush the cars?
Another funny Anya moment is when Anya doesn't hit the disks, but instead shoots Elle's and Ille's clothes off

At the shooting contest, the girls are to lose clothing for each miss at the disks. This works fine for Rio, but we're cheated out of it with Rina's two misses

Next episode we might see Rio travelling somewhere, if the foreshadowing is right.

Of course Rina is evil, the bat wings in the ED should have been a dead giveaway.
Sorry Himeji, but Anya did not shoot the twins clothes off, the owner did that to show what happens when you miss.
People keep watching this show because it is entertaining, which is what anime is supposed to be.

Spoiler for Rio 05 - Howard Resort: Because Screw You, Nature: Beach Episode Week Part IV:

I know I said it last week, but Linda is very chipper for a Yoko Hikasa role. If not for the ED credits, one could easily suspect her to be played by Haruka Tomatsu or Yui Horie or someone in that vocal range. The Sky Resort certainly is one of the most decadent red eyes to nature I've seen yet. It's very Axiom-like, but with people using their legs.

Swimsuits and slides do make for fun competition, and as for Linda's hijacking (she's a 2007 model, her security probably needs to be updated a notch), Rio and co. are lucky that she only challenged them to a Gate battle. Given that Linda controls the entire spaceship/casino/HAL summer home, she could've done much worse, and that wouldn't have been a good thing. Good thing. Good thing. Good thing. Good thing.

Next week: IN SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE! Read that in the most dramatic voice your head can provide.

we have robot girl linda waking up while rio got up with no work suit cause of "last night" with rina so go with a shrimp suit (and no ika musume did not cameo on it).
rio, rina, & ania talk with owner about sky casino (did mint just did a fourth wall breaking mention of a potosi?) that opening on the way so work there (while owner mention jiggle boxing, lotion wrestling, busty beach flag, dynamite sisters, & dead or alive paradise GOD MY OH).
enter sky casino meet linda take a tour from casino, hologram theater, WATER SLIDES, etc & ania oops reveal headless linda.
opening day while "thump thump thump" something go on very "hmm" with everything ok till a "little boy" hack linda.
then going fine till linda give too robo-overload challenge rio.
in a water slide challenge with demo give ania "oops" the twins & bye clothes.
battle start slide riding from many area from roulette slide to a sky outside water slide?! then linda go all hack to the extreme.
then all that rio win again while linda head pop out.
after all that owner meet mystery lady aka cartia.

next ep it going IN SPACE!!!
