Not really. Any solid weapon can penetrate an I-Field. They only block beams.

But probably the next episode would also highlight the relationship of Mineva and Riddhe since according to the spoilers from the novels that I read from some sites and some pictures from the novel that I've seen, Riddhe did brought Mineva to Earth and Riddhe had developed feelings for her but hey, they did say that the anime would be different from the novels

Well, considering that others probably think of me as a shipper in macross frontier thread (even tho I will never admit I am a shipper XD), I don't really have a right to judge others, but let me just say this

Many audiences like a happy ending, and one of the elements that defines for the happy ending is that leading male and female get to be together happily ever after...so I guess I understand why ppl care so much about the pairing...

P.S I still think Amuro should end up with Sayla...but he decided to become a player instead damn him XD
