The thing that the anime team is doing right, is that they always manage to put relevant chapters in the same episode, even when they may not be successive (though I can't remember whether this is or not).

Yeah, I think that was a nice touch, and nope they are not consecutive in the manga. The first half comes from chapter 94, and the second from chapter 101.

The whole broken fingers thing...
Bossun was making a huge deal out of it.
Himeko sure made a deal with the devil. He totally guilt tripped her LOL
Well... it totally backfired though, got what he deserved.
The second part was interesting, but still funny at times. Those two really get along..

Glad the anime didn't let me down with the second half of this episode. Such a touching moment, and a very important one at that.

I love how the story is able to use awkwardness as a source for humour. The interaction between Himeko and Bossun is hilarious, but also touching at the same time.

This episode definitely doesn't disappoint.

Well it seems that shows in these timeslots get renewed on a yearly basis, look @ Gintama 2011 only running for a year. So if Sket Dance is renewed once more we'll get 150 odd episodes which is pretty awesome and more than you could've hoped for.

Tsubaki totally lost all street cred since they know he's Bossun's brother.
Those two are pretty much the same, except the eyes.
Himeko & Swith were totally enjoying themselves watching those two, as was the student council too ^^"
That banner was just hilarious!!! ROFL
Tsubaki & Bossun really like to bicker a lot... *sigh*
It's kinda nice watching the merger of two "clubs".
Really nice episode.

I'm glad the second half of this weeks episode didn't happen straight after the drama of Bossun's back story. I just had a feeling the anime staff might do that, though i'm glad i didn't. Seeing it now after letting the twin story sink in works so well, plenty of impact. Really liked how it was handled.

So now we'll be entering the second year of the anime which will be introducing the best tsundere character ever. Can't wait.

I'm glad we got to see Tsubaki's meeting with Bossun's family (I wasn't sure we would). It was very funny and touching. Rumi was great in this episode, she's slowly starting to grow on me. Next week, the tsundere, airheaded, big-boobed, twin-tailed, knee-socks wearing pretty girl voiced by Kana Hanazawa shows up. Holy mother of moe, that's the deadliest combination ever. __________________
