He's likely doing this to promote he's series now being publish in Japan. Now gotta wait for next comiket (summer) for UXU doujin. Which will also be around the time UXU comes back since the Japanese releases have catch up by then.

He seems to release his doujins during the winter comiket. The first one and that one were in winter, so I figure if he releases a next one, it'll be in winter as well.

And this chapter is about 4 novas and West Genetics

yeah this chapter just completely threw me off track, i have no clue what's going on anymore

last chapter was okay, i figured out it was a flashback

so basically last chapter there's these girls at east genetics with their daily lives who get owned by the new super nova and the focus was that 'main girl' who was about to accept a confession of some guy before she left on the mission almost wiped out all of her team, iirc she was the strongest of eastern division, and she and her senpai were explaining how those crystal crap makes girls stronger and stuff

so anyways, right now i think they're getting reinforcements from western gen. i think? and that team is getting fucked up too, this time they're getting 'absorbed' and getting super beamed to death

this chapter should be current, b/c we see those captain dudes panicking in the control room when they called for back up

I think what's going on here is that these girls who believe that the novas are nothing to worry about (come on, I have a date?) are getting completely owned by the novas.

Eh, at least fighting amongst themselves is over..

Looks like we now know that the Novas are attacking both east and west genetics at the same time. That explains the last 2 chapters.

though i wonder why teachers didnt participate in the battles at east genetics

iirc early in the manga, the teachers at western were threatening Bridgette with their awesome powers if what's his name ever got hurt b/c he's the younger brother of the famous sister

i mean sure the whole point of the upper years is to prep for actual combat, but that was just throwing them to the slaughter (bearing in mind these super nova, but still at least send in 1 good person)

Too cool to fight, too important to risk their lives type of cheap story-development devices.

At the least the Novas are starting to kick butts. I wonder if the story will keep its school-life direction or will go into the direction when the world is annihilated. It looks utterly hopeless for humankind right now for me.
