It's not about the streaming, it's the airing on TV itself.

CR is streaming everything that airs on YTV 1 hour afterwards.

Yup. As I suspected, they've just decided to officially call it episode 10, since it's the 10th that aired.

So yes, what you'll be seeing is episode 10, and I wouldn't be surprised if it stays episode 10 for all other releases like dvds, etc... So the next episode will be episode 11, regardless of what episode it was originally planned to be.

Baby Beel getting a disciple is awesome, even though its a cat. I wonder if that was the same cat that he lost in a fight to.

Second half was better with Aoi and her antics with some more misunderstandings. She almost blew her cover. Baby Beel and Kota are really becoming good friends.

Sad to see the cat go, actually liked him. Well next week we have Himekawa again.

This was such a good episode . The story of jealous Baby Beel in the first half was good fun, and totally worth it just to see Hilda blush <3. Second half had some great moments, especially the cat and Baby Beel doing the epic hug .

& let's not forget classic Aoi, which will please a lot of people here.

Can't forget the talking cats. Thought i was watching a certain arc of Gintama.

So the preview we seen at the end of this episode, we probably won't see that episode for another two weeks?

It was a pretty decent episode for a filler, Oga-Aoi moments were so hilarious. The only thing that kept pestering me is the lighting and the screaming.

The first half wasnt a filler, as it was an omake from the manga.

The talking cats are cute, and the filler's pretty okay I guess. Beel getting along with Kouta? That's not quite right

Seems like the preview's another filler as well, but Himekawa having more screen time is a good thing

We use spoiler tags because not everyone watches the episode the day after it's aired, so it's nice not to spoil it for those people.

Btw, there is a Beezlebub OVA. It's basically a two episode version of what we're watching in the TV series but without any filler. Thus, the crying baby gag doesn't have enough time to get old.

When they announced the TV series, I was expecting...well, I don't know what, but I was expecting something more. All they've done so far (and hey, maybe they change it up for the last episode ) was take the OVA (like literally took the OVA - from animations to lines to everything) and throw a whole lot of filler in to stretch it out to a season of TV.

So, even though it's not over yet, I'm going to go ahead and recommend people to pass on the TV series and just watch the OVA instead.

Should be the other way round. Skip the OVA and go for the series. At least I haven't watched it. Well, if you gonna recommend something different for passing on the series, might as well tell people to dig up the manga because that's your best bet.

the cat is ok until it started talking...

at least there are funny moments in this eps, such as the babies war and Aoi's misunderstandings

i think Hilda and Furuichi need more screen time, and some clothes for Beel will be welcomed too

Can anyone shed some light on -why- there are fillers?
Thinking about it I guess fleshing out introductions will make fillers later on, when the introductions have passed, less stale like the Naruto ones were. I just want it to get onto the story, it's awesome.

Even if it was a filler I thought it was quite funny, especially the children's play area building thing. I'm sure I've said it before but any Kunieda screen time is goood.

This. If the Beelzebub anime was only adapting manga chapters, then it would catch up in no time to the manga. Fillers spread out the manga material.

For everyone's information, the episode ordering of Beel is still being worked out as we speak.

They're trying their best to balance the time it'll take to redit a few scenes with finishing the animation for later episodes, and how to do the rearrangement without hurting the continuity.

Like episode 10 this week (that was originally episode 12), there's plenty of parts that work quite standalone, so if you just ignore the whole situation, you might not even notice . The original episodes 10 and 11 will be aired pretty soon, though, don't fear, although it's not decided exactly in what order yet.

So there's a chance we won't be getting them this coming weekend, and in fact get the episode that appeared in Saturday's preview? That makes more sense.
