Thanks Malin ^^

Firefox, favorite browser. Had to make a sig, so I checked for their logo, found a good one, had the other render already. I think I managed the shine and shadows right.

I love how she "shines" ...as a pillar of light in the dark, shadowy world of internet security threats.

That sig is too awesome. Excellent job on blending and lighting *two thumbs up* Something I really like about your work is how clean everything always looks.
I used to be an avid user of Firefox, but now I just use Safari, I think both work pretty well.

Amazing. I think my opinion has been voiced so I'll just get to the point. Great render, great light, great browser. Period.

Not period. I just have to emphasize again... AMAZING!

Thanks for the positive response and critique everyone ^_^. I'm quite glad myself with how clean it got in its layout.

Here is another sig, in 2 versions. In the first, I can't quite put my finger on what is wrong. Perhaps it's a bit messy. The second version is cleaner, but I think there is something wrong there too.

May I suggest a compromise between the two? By any chance, could it be better by having the "stars" there, but NOT over the green....plant-like thing? Or maybe surrounding the girl-render like some sort of glow (but I admit, that would need some reworking to be done)?

Just my thoughts...

Well, I meant using the stars as a glow, swirling around her...to make her look as the "center of the universe" somehow (which already partially happened in v1). But hey, this glow did the job too...and the Font background really looks better now. I am happy that I was of at least some help.

Still...something seems...ah, whatever...that's all on my behalf.

As always, Atomico...I love your work! Your signatures are very well done and absolutely amazing. I wish I had as much talent as you, but alas...I don't. I hope to see a lot more of your work!

I found some "new" techniques I had not bothered with yet, involving clipping masks and Apply image. The result is better than I expected and it is something I will continue to develop.

EDIT: I COMPLETELY forgot about the text. It just escaped my mind. Expect an updated version soon, improved with text and effects.

EDIT 2: Version 2

I wouldn't be able to live without "Apply Image".

A very useful tool indeed. But clipping masks? So far I use only the layer ones, thanks for the tip, gotta look at what it can do in the near future.

Btw, sweet sig you got here. Love the brush around her.

Well, I just started experimenting with Apply Image. I still don't understand the mechanic behind it, but I do see different results depending on what I do so I'm learning.
Clipping Masks is a command I use pretty often.

Also, a new one since I'm still going. I'm really satisfied with it.

Another sig for a SOTW. Not AS-safe. Theme is nature.

I really like your works, Atomico! The new one that you submitted for the SOTW, is very beautiful. I especially love what you did for the waterfall.

Thankies ^_^

Alright, this is the last signature for 2008. Not really sure how it turned out but I feel it is worthy.

Reason is I'm going home for the holidays and I only have my lappy, which sucks as a sig-producer. 1 weeks of christmas + skiing, then a full week of skiing during New Year's with no internet to bother about
