This flashback arc is pretty good. It goes to show that Rinka's much better main protagonist than the other girl.

first chapter and we already have a Kagura VS Rinka death match because each of the girls KOed the other's boyfriend over an misunderstanding.

it really is a shame that not more people are reading this brilliant piece of works. I love all the cameos of Hollywood actors/characters in this manga. Ch 36 to Ch 49 is going to be epic.

personally i enjoy the fight scenes, the author clearly did his research. where else do you see high school girls dishing out Ip-man level of wing-chun beat-downs.

Anything on the xover with the Ga-Rei verse? Also with regards to what major changes happened with the new chapters?

The english chapters stopped translating at ch36 due to licensing issues, but the japanese manga is at ch 51. for reference the anime's first episode was actually the plot from ch 23.

Yeah but it's more like a father complex. She doesn't have a proper family and sees him as the sort of father she would have wanted.

Anyhow one thing I find hilarious from this series is how that penguin doesn't die despite going through several experiences where normally the animal would have gotten traumatized. =w=
