He did not stop now if thats what you're thinking. The wait has already been longer then one month. While the scanlations have only now caught up, the first time I checked the RAW version of the latest translated chapter the scanlations were half a series behind and our little knight princess wasn't even introduced yet.

unless you seen raws pass chpt98, it is still on hiatus.

The big blue thing? Celestial clothes. The one in read is "Omae ga watashi no sagashimono ka?", "are you the one I'm looking for?". Probably.

Nope, but most countries I've been to teach English in addition to the native language, with French sometimes offered as a third language elective.
