I'm not sure if I should be putting this in the manga or image thread...

I am thinking of ordering this book but I wish I knew who the artists in it were. Already have the first two. Uh... does anyone know if this is Karin Suzuragi's work? It looks so much like it, yet the website is telling me that the cover illustration is done by Yoneda Kazusa.

The coloring style look very much alike except this one looks like it's using a different gradation of green. The shoes are different and the eyes seem a bit wider and rounder on that anthology cover. Well, I guess I'll figure out the actual artist when I purchase the actual book. XD;

http://kpencil.web.fc2.com/ The Ichijinsha site is saying the cover illustration is by this artist, but it looks way too different (and detailed) to be hers. Or maybe it's a website mistake because Yoneda usually illustrates the stories in the books and not the cover/back covers.

Anyways! Here's Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 from the same comic anthology series. I'll have to scan bigger versions from my actual copies someday... |D;

Both by Houjyou Yutori (Watanagashi/Meakashi-hen artist).

What do you mean? The image on Yoneda (or Nakamori, according to her email address?) Kazusa's K-Pencil blog and the Satoko cover look very much alike, apart from the coloring style. Especially the style of the faces seems very similar, IMHO.

Ah, you guys are right. I looked back in the first two volumes and that does look like Yoneda's Satoko. Plus she specifically says that she illustrates the cover and one of the stories for Volume 3 on her blog.

...the coloring of that cover really threw me off though. Very Suzuragi-like coloring.
