All that's left is filling them in, and the redrawing that's going to be entailed :3

I'm not sure why are you having this problem, but you can try downloading directly from Gaku Gaku Animal Land.

The manga was canceled. So, it is finished.

My intention: Status refers to the status of the arc as a whole, what the Japanese get, and has no connection to whether or not there is any translation. (IIUC, Utsutsukowashi is the only canceled arc and the question arcs are all complete.)
