Pt1
After exchanging phone numbers, Shiage asked Touma about the piece of string left on his phone. Touma moans about misfortune losing the Gekota. Bardway snarks about it's a miracle he got out of the Arctic with his limbs intact and he's worried about something like that.

Accel and Shiage plans to talk with Bardway, and she says they need to go to a more secure location (they did just get attacked by Freshmen after all). They agree to meet up at Touma's place. (oh, and Bardway didn't bother remembering Accel and Shiage's name).

Pt2

Touma's worried about seeing the girls after he made them worry, and he's thought dead. Shiage told him not to worry, drink some alcohol and everything will be fine.

Cuts to Mikoto, who's contemplating on breaking into the Dark Side's info caches for detailed info on Touma. She's just made up her mind for the raid, even if it will mean she might be chased for the rest of her life when Touma shows up drunk (see illustration).

Touma's drunk to the point he calls her 'Mikoto-chan~' (or whatever the most 'moe'/endearing way of calling Mikoto you can think of is, I don't have the Japanese version to check).
Mikoto's jaw dropped and she's stunned, to the point that she's wondering if this isn't a trick by the #5 Level 5 somehow.

Mikoto's talking with Touma, and not getting anywhere. She says this is just as bad as dealing with her mother when she's drunk.
Eventually Mikoto got pissed off enough she shot a bolt of lightning at Touma; to which he just dodged it (while still drunk) and didn't even bother blocking it with IB.

Mikoto's smiling at how this is like the old days when she can go all out, Touma asks her why she's smiling and as she tries to make some sort of excuse he jus walks off.

Then Himegami shows up, followed by Komoe who latches onto him.

The rest, I'll translate it for the hilarity deserves recognition:

"W, Wait a moment! This is supposed to be my scene! You people go wait a bit more before you show up! Damn it, the ratio between male and females is too ridiculous right? And was that lot of huge-chested girls at the end delibrately used to taunt me?! I'll be buried in the backgroud at this rate... Did you bring out a entire forest just so you can hide a tree?!"

Though Biribiri was yelling, but Kamijou from the very start have no idea who so many people is gathered around him.

Index is allowed to stay in Academy City for the moment, but Necessarius recommends her to return to England. She wants to call Touma to see if everything is alright, but she has no idea how to use the 0-yen phone (lolwut >.>).
Touma came in with about 10 girls with him, and Index was too shocked to see him with so many girls she forgot to be angry at him.

The beast-girl was just for laughs, like in Chaos2Frozen's fic here: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6452999/1/
Ie, some random girl he met and then came home with him. Even Index commented on how that girl wasn't someone from Touma's usual incidents.

Pt4
Accel and Shiage is watching Touma's trouble with girls from the sidelines. Their comments below (and this is just the general gist, not a word-to-word translation):

Accel: "wth, Musujime? What's she doing here?"

Shiage: "Touma, my lord and master, please teach me the ways of building a harem!"

Pt5
Rikou sensed Shiage is going down the path of unfaithfulness.

Pt6
The girls who came with Touma are persuaded to leave (but a lot of Bardway's underlings were fried by Mikoto before she left, and she told Touma he owes her a explanation)
Index took time away from biting Touma and talked to Accel, recognising him as the one that was looking for LO.
Bardway, Accel, Shiage and Touma sat down on the kotetsu and started the explanation about magic (and their incoming enemies). Fremea sat on Shiage's lap.
