Rinne is a false form Phantom uses to talk with Shidou. She also tells Shidou exactly the same line from vol.1 ―――もう、絶対離さない。もう、絶対間違わないだから…… (I won't leave you again. I definitely won't make a mistake again) before disappearing.

Shidou saves Origami's parents and returns to the present. Origami transfers to his school a day AFTER she originally went inverse. She thinks Shidou is the brother of the man who saved her parents (they died in a car accident later) and joined the AST to fight against spirits who killed "Shidou's brother".

Shidou and Kurumi are the only two people who retain memories of the original timeline, but Origami (she retired from AST recently by the way) also kept some of the memories (Reine theorizes it's got something to do with Phantom's power) and she goes inverse involuntarily when she sees Spirits (Shidou with Kurumi) and/or see Spirits' powers (Shidou's healing ability).

She turns full inverse on their date. The Spirits fight against her. Shidou tells Origami he needs her. Origami says until now she did not have any romantic feeling towards Shidou but rather she depended (however you want to translate 依存) on him after she lost her parents. She apologizes for causing him trouble. Blah blah they kiss. Everything goes back to normal. Three days later Origami returns to school after being checked by Ratatoskr. She's okay with Spirits now but she says Tohka is still her enemy because she won't give up Shidou to her. Shidou wonders why Origami is behaving like this if she didn't love him romantically. She says she didn't before but she loves him now (本当の愛は、これから). THE END.

Shido saved Origami parents in the past but the past isn't changed because they still die some times later in a car accident. Origami still joins the AST, hates the spirits and has a sephira crystal because the plot needs it.
In the end, only Origami personality (and hair) changed.
Back into present, Origami turns inverse when she see Shido with spirits. Shido seals her. END.

So does this mean certain events in Volume 10 didn't occur? And basically everything that happened changed? Man, need the full volume to be released to understand what's going on.

And there's a little bit of Lost time travel mechanics. Shidou saves her parents only for the timeline to balance itself and kill them off anyway. Yeesh. >.>

depend on which Paradox the author is using, there are one without Parallel world, like RokuJouma, which is a very well done time paradox.

According to Reine's theory, the inverse Origami is the "Origami with memories of the original timeline", and the Spirits act as a trigger for awakening that Origami.

See Julius Verne's book about time travel, aka Causality is a bitch no matter what you do.

In Strike the Blood's author other series, Asura Cryin' the antagonist traveled through time to save his beloved one, however even after being saved she died later on various ways.

From what I understand...

Spoiler:

Kurumi sent Shidou back, however, she sent him back AFTER Origami had already killed her parents. So in order to send him back even further, Shidou finds the Kurumi from that Time Period and sends him back again. This time, he manages to save them though.

However, Present Origami/New Origami...whatever you want to call her reveals to Shidou that she believes it was his "Older Brother" that saved her parents. However, his "Older Brother" and Her Parents died later on in a Car Crash. So Shidou did save them, but they died some time later.
