From what I've read, we won't probably see Mokkan's team in action, and the PV has already shifted to Subaru, because the girls have ran out of character development arcs atm.

What I would like is that Subaru starts playing basketball instead of being coached. I mean, I mean, I would like to see him play in an official match. Or that the girls get into middle school to start a new arc with the goal being to get in the team and make their places in a team with girls 2, 3 years older.

So the anime just shows the team playing awesome offense but I rarely do see them work on the defense except when it focuses on Airi or Hinata. I assume they didn't have much problems on defense with Airi and Hinata around?

On the novel. How many months already past? Is it nearing the end of the year already? are the girls already graduating in elementary/primary school? I wish to see Subaru play an official game.

Don't know...but I'm sure that Hina could have difficulties because of her height. So far, it wasn't a major problem, but...

Well, Subaru taught Hina how to flop, and she's quite the pesky defender despite her small size, as in, "Oh she was there before, and then she was there again when I turned the other way". That or she plays like Gary Payton or Ron Artest on defense.

But yeah, I think Airi is the anchor to Keishin's defense. If you have a huge ass defender on the post, there's little to no way your opponents can get a shot inside the paint.

However, this could pose problems when dealing a perimeter-oriented team like themselves. Fortunately, they can respond with anyone not named Hinata, Airi, or Kagetsu firing the long bombs anyway. Which leads to rather interesting scores (50-60 points in 24 minutes of play maybe)
