I'm pretty sure she came to to terms with her feminine side right after the party defeated her shadow in the game. While it's true her Persona might have changed again for some reason, I doubt it has anything to do with why she looks different.

All that we really know is that Aigis was the last one to be made in the line of anti-shadow weapons. Plus, while not outright stated anywhere, it's largely implied that the line of robots she belongs to are all manufactured with a human female body-shape and features. If Sousei is indeed a robot, I have my doubts that he belongs to the same group as Aigis. Not to mention he doesn't have a name related to Greek mythology either.

Aoi Touko's name and appearance seriously remind me of Aozaki Touko from Kara no Kyoukai O_O.

From the hiragana I can read, the new character's name is Kurogami Ai. She seems to be Sousei's sister and called him "onii-chan".

If I'm remembering right I believe Naoto's new persona is named Amatsu-Mikaboshi, which in the stories was the enemy of Take-mikazuchi And Sousei's persona is Tsukuyomi, which if you read the Izanagi stuff, the god that was born from Izanagi's right eye after his trip to the underworld.

As usual, the symbolism is fun I guess.
