It's photoshopped... not to hard for an artist with some photoshop skills... this image pops up every now and then

Not to mention, when you compare it to other characters in naruto... the nose looks wierd by comparison...

This is all pretty simple, you take several images of Kakashi and one other generic anime character. Bit off cutting and pasting to get the eye and the facial features right and voila, a perfect fake. Just as easy as that fake on your avvy AA

I don't think they will ever show Kakashi's face as they have other things to sort out ( Naruto being Hokage, Sasuke beating Itachi, Akasuki etc. ) Besides Kakashi looks much better with a mask on.
