Aside from the FMV sequences, is this game primarily in 4:3 aspect ratio or is there a 16:9 option? Can't seem to find this info anywhere..

4:3. I sure didn't see a 16:9 option in the options screen or anywhere else. Won't be until they start making games for the PS3 that Gust start using widescreen
