I have set the time zone to GMT -5:00 and saved the changes in the options, but for some reason, the time zone indicated at the bottom of the pages is GMT -4:00. Because of that, the time indicated next to the posts and at the top of the pages aren't right.

Anyone can help me with this, please?

I don't know if it will work for you but it did for me:

Go here and set the time zone. Can you see DST Correction Option just below? Disable it (DST corrections always off). Then Save Changes.
