Sorry for calling Lord Marksman anime a failure a few days before. I've seen worst things yet. Just finish The Hunger Games book and movie today (I didn't care for this series until now). Hollywood butchered the damn thing so well that I can only stare at my monitor and cursed. Compare to anime adaptation from LN, I must say that at least the Japanese Anime Studio are not trying to become Hollywood. Sure, they cut out stuffs from the anime to speed up the story, but they don't change so many things like Hollywood movie did.
And so I'll continue to watch Lord Marksman and His Harem anime. At least I can count on them for faithful adaptation from the LN with some fanservice, delicious legs, dekai oppai, skimpy outfit, and the sexy voices.

I gotta say, I like the pacing of the anime atm, not too much unnecessary fanservice (when you're a 1-cour, anymore than minimal is pretty much not going to cut a 6-volume+ series), moves quickly, and lets you figure out stuff yourself. It doesn't baby you, but still expositions correctly, I like that.
P.S. ngng, you think Hollywood butchered Hunger Gaems? IMO Mockingjay was a far larger nail. If there was any doubt Hunger Games was meant to cash in on Twilight's market, that final book, killed it. |
