P90 is quite bulky actually in the hands of a 16 year-old Asian girl because of the grip-trigger build that puts alot of weight on top of the hand when held (the weight above the trigger includes the magazine, thus it is heavy), but classical weapons like the :

1. Magpul PDR
2. MP5K
3. Uzi
4. UMP
5. MP7 / CPW

are pretty good choices since all have a regular pistol grip. MP5K is a good choice but the gun looks nowhere as badass as the MP7. She should pick a rifle caliber weapon like the PDR though.

Background : A North Korean agent originally sent to Japan as part of a greater plan to frame South Korea for a terrorist attack, she was captured by Reisen when trying to threaten him into helping her sneak into the Diet, who turned the tables against her and her squad in a brutal shootout which killed all her team members. Seeing that she may be a potential cash cow, he held her and kept her alive so as to sell her to the Japanese intelligence agencies until Karla, Ayari and Kanari discovered her and freed her while holding Reisen at gunpoint.

Shortly after they released her, she escaped and was recovered by other North Korean agents, and they decided to attack the Japanese Butei academy knowing that they are not allowed to kill. She then sneaked into the school to map the area, but ended up making friends throughout the school. The attack was ultimately foiled and the operation leader is killed leaving her as the sole survivor again. Before Reisen could shoot her dead, Karla convinced him to let her live, and subsequently she was taken into custody.

After she was released, the school board decide to grant her a place in school to "make up for the youth she has lost while training as a killer". Since she had no given name or family, the twins gave her the name Meikyo, while Karla adopted her as a younger sister. Since her lower leg tendons are severed by Reisen while trying to stop her from killing Ayari, she is currently wheelchair bound.

Originally I was wondering how viable is a character that doesn't wield any firearms be in this universe. But after reading up to v5, I guess they're even more crazy people in the world.

A close friend of Saito, who approached him to learn sniping tips. Ryoushi is a shy boy who cowers when confronted by other people and so keeps his distance, and has an exceptional ability to remain undetected till he's almost in front of if target. Though he has a timid voice when speaking to people face to face, whenever he's out-of-sight or on the phone, he talks with a more confident and mature voice.

He's a very good sniper, but a far-cry from being in the league with the best of them. He hopes to one day attain the same godly skills of Reki, but often wonders if he has what it takes.

As an unexpected result of stalking and following the girl he has a crush on, and staring at people through a scope for hours. Ryoushi developed an uncanny ability to identify people's facial expressions. From simple Anger and Happiness, to more complex expression like murderous intend or sexual excitement. But most importantly, this ability allows him to tell when people are lying. So true to his nature, whenever Minato brings Ryoushi on a mission, it's to make use of his lie detector skills rather than his skills as a sniper.

Saito is the sarcastic comic relief best friend character, though he plays the straight-man to Minato's wacky plans. The first thing that Minato did on their first mission together was to hand him a Remington 700 sniper rifle and told Saito to cover him. When asked why, he replied that Saito had nothing else better to do anyway. When asked why didn't he just commission a sniper, Minato replied that Informas are cheaper.... And that's how their relationship started.

Despite all the wacky missions they went together, Saito and Minato are still the best of friends, each is the other's 'wingman', there's nobody else Saito trust more to watch his back... Except maybe a real sniper. At the same time, Saito's loyalty to his friends, as well as his strong moral sense are his strongest points.

Saito is not a fighting man. He's more than likely to run away at the first signs of a gun fight, which was why he got into Informa in the first place. But he has an impressive acting skill and the ability to come up with brilliant answers at the drop of the hat, occasionally taking up the 'leading role' whenever they go undercover. But Saito's main contribution to the team, however, is his apparently inexhaustible supply of contacts (whom he calls "buddies") in seemingly every law enforcement agency, bureaucratic department, military branch and intelligence agency and is able to pull strings to him whatever intel he needs.

An instructor for Assault and Medica classes, where he puts his experience as a combat medic into good use, although he tends to get fellow instructors to up the pressure factor. Helps out in Logi to teach students the finer points of vehicular handling. Usually both students and fellow colleagues calls him “Doc”.

Like many of the instructors, Doc's skills are varied, although his primary skills revolves around use of small arms, in addition to combat medic training and handling of road vehicles. As mentioned, he does not make it easy for the Medica students, employing the help of fellow instructors like Coach and D-Boy to make sure his students are prepared for the harshest of situations.

While a little hard on the students, it is to ensure that they are able to handle a patient while under fire.

However, the definition of "sedans" is very loose, and he has been known to drive everything from a boring Toyota Corolla right up to a high-performance BMW M5. Typically switches between a Chevrolet/Holden Caprice, a BMW 5 Series, and a Toyota Crown. However, there is an exception.

* Also rides a rather expensive Ducati 1198 S.

* It was said that he can chase up to anyone in a car, even if he gave the other person a head start. Students with much more powerful cars have often tried to outrun him, and failed with miserable results. The only avenue where he will play fair game (which means, go all-out) is when heavily-modified cars AND highways (or Japanese mountain passes) is involved...that, he will use a specially-prepared car for these scenarios.

* Like many others in Logi, he is perfectly capable of handling air and sea vehicles.

Complaining will only earn a further drop, in addition to destruction of the student's vehicle courtesy of D-Boy. It is a rule he made with no exceptions, even if it wasn't the student's fault...because he doesn't want them to simply wreck their cars by being careless.

When there is a need to make sure that the other car completely stop, Doc will take a modified blue Nissan Skyline GT-R of early 2000s vintage for the sake of "fitting in" with the Japanese street racer crowd as a form of disguise. With some armor and bulletproof glass to withstand hits from weaponry, in addition to increasing the rigidity of the car, the resulting heavier weight of the car is offset by an increase in horsepower (delivery is nothing short of brutal), in addition of heavy-duty high-performance suspension system to take the abuse. It was said that the car actually broke a dynamometer on it's first run.

The car has also been installed with an extensive communications system, plus an array of radar scanners and the ability to deploy caltrops to impede cars behind it. So far, no Logi student have ever won against it, at least because most of the students did not carry out comprehensive modifications that takes both power and handling into the equation (most of the time, it is one or the other). It is also the only coupe that he is known to drive.

Oh nonono... I never even though about using Ryoushi. I was simply setting up Ookami's route for Jim to take (and he has plenty of routes in store between the OCs, Alistair first, Manami next, then Adara L. Reiniger, plus Crysanthe, and the Kamijyou Syndrome continues...).

...you get the picture. Having Ryoushi take Ryou is perfectly fine; Jim can afford to let one capture get away!

You know, I have thought I would stick to a smaller number of OC, but the combination of realizing Amélie's team's shortcomings and the fact that the HnAverse have actually been tickling my inner OCer have made me thinking out four more OCs, those can be said to be in Amélie's group's extended circle. I call them "guests" because they are occasionally helping out the Team D'Artagnan when those are lacking an element. Otherwise they works fine on their own.

Second year student, Jin is the descendant of a lineage of poor exorcists that claims to either have tengu blood in their veins or to have the founder being trained by a tengu. Either way, their mastery of the japanese war fan and the supernatural control over the wind does back up those two claims. This family have played its role behind the scenes, helping the people to deal with the supernatural occurences of Feudal Japan. It almost faded into obscurity after the eldest branch converted to christianity and joined Amakusa Shiro in the shimabara rebellion. The surviving younger branch carried on its duty until this day. Jin is part of this branch and have proved to be skilled in both uses of the japanese war metal fan and the wind control inherited from his ancestors. However, the state of perpetual poverty of his family have made him greedy and also cynical. This is a paradox, after knowing that the upbringing from his parents have feed him with a sense of duty and justice. As a result, he may come up to people as a jerk looking for ways to earn money, for his next meal or his next suit, but a jerk who is able to do the right thing when people needs help. He joined Butei Detective Highschool for one reason, the money earned from the missions. His quests have yielded satisfying results, yet his personality have proved to be a problem with some of the customers.

Jin is usually affable, almost fox-life; as such, he can't help but slide some double entendres in his speech when dealing with others. He may appear troublesome to read for people, for his behavior may appear whimsical. The constants in his behavior are his greed, fueled by a life of poverty, his love for suits and his wisecracking. It results in a difficulty for people to stick around him, but for those who does, they discovers a precious friend.

Jin have a mastery over the wind, controlling its power, the direction as well as its pressure. He have been using the wind as a mean to soften falls or help him jumping around. He have also used wind to knock down people with gusts of wind. He have said that the greatest masters are able to pick up whispers from kilometers away or use wind blades to slice down horsemen and their mount from dozens of meters away, he adds that he needs to train very hard to reach that level.

Style:
His style may appear almost dance-like. He counts a lot on his mobility and dodge to wear down people's patience and force them to make a mistake. His shots from his Five-Seven are mostly aimed at the limbs while he uses his war fan in a counter-attack based style. While his skills with his fan are superb, he is not as good with his pistol.

*Don't be fooled by this pic, it is actually one of the rare times his eyes opens a little. Otherwise, he may appear as the typical suspicious character with "Kitsuneme".

*Shirayuki is merely an acquaintance for Jin, and she would do anything to not have to work with him, because of his control over wind and his tendency to do questionable uses of it.

*He works in the same maid cafe as Kirsten. He is one of the few guys working there, dressed up as a butler and he is the bartender there.

*Jin is a chain smoker and a connaisseur drinker. The drinking part is expected from someone doing the bartending part of a maid cafe and also put him into frequent competitions with Mara.

*The fact that he have blown skirts with his wind powers on a whim have earned him the reputation of a pervert. Thus, other than "The Exorcist", he have earned the "Ecchi Fox" or "Perverted Tengu" nicknames from working with female students.

*Jin can speak Japanese, English, Spanish, Thai, Mandarin Chinese, Hebrew and Sanskrit, he also can speak Latin, Arabic, classic egyptian and ancient sumerian (well parts of it). He claims that one may never know when he'd have to perform an exorcism ritual in any of those language.

*Jin collects fancy suits and will not miss an opportunity to wear one for show off purposes.

*Some fellow male students have made fun of his choice of a fan as melee weapon. And some more have regretted such mockery.

*Jin also have two younger sisters. The few who have actually meet them says that they are cute, but also as playful, on the questionable side, as their brother.
